dead hard not working

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: after unhooking a survivor i used dead hard and saw the animation happen even received the exhaustion status effect. however the killer was still able to down me.

PLATFORM: playstation 5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: received a hit in the "healthy" state, unhooked a survivor, used dead hard, the killer still downed me.

You had Deep Wounds on you from the Deathslingers chain, you cannot use Dead Hard when you have Deep Wound upon you.

    With deep wound (the yellow bar on the HUD) the DH is not applied
