Could not exit the locker using head on

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Was trying to stun a killer, but I couldn't exit the locker.
PLATFORM: Microsoft on PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Was hiding in a locker. The killer walked up, so I was pressing my keybind to use head on. I did not exit the locker. Instead, the killer heard me injured in there and grabbed me out.
