Can we please have Robert England voice Freddy in DBD?
Please make this happen. Robert England said himself that he’s up for doing anything Freddy related if asked. This is further confirmed when he was asked if he could voice the DBD version specifically. This was confirmed by Spookier_things who actually asked England themself.

It's sucks this Freddy isn't his Freddy. I wish they'd just get the other license. I get it's cheaper but that remake was trash.

it wasn’t an interview. It was just some guy that met him at a convention. But even then he has said on several occasions that he would be find voicing the character cause he’s getting too old to play the character physically.

Unfortunately, Robert Englund doesn’t own the rights to ANOES or Freddy Krueger, so it doesn’t matter how willing he is. If BHVR could’ve gotten the original Freddy from the license holders, they would have by now.

actually weirdly enough thats the case with this chapter. It was pretty much either they get this Freddy or no Freddy

Had BHVR allowed modding to stay in the game, it would've been an easy mod to implement. Otherwise I don't think it's happening unless they get one of the 80s licenses.

We don't have Robert Englund's Freddy in Dbd. We have Jackie Earl Hayley's remake Freddy from the 2010 movie.

I know, but even if that is the case, I would literally take either Hayley’s or England’s version of the character. I just want this man to have voice lines because Freddy without voice lines is like Michael Myers having a dash attack… oh wait.

Sadly DBD has the Temu version Freddy. It would be lovely to get the original with voice lines though.

The best we could get is Robert voicing the freddy we have now which would be weird considering how remake freddy is more serious compared to the dark comedian that roberts freddy was.

I guess that's the issue, isn't it? He might be onboard with doing it, heck he could even record them, but he doesn't get to make the decision if Bhvr can add the voice lines to the game.

yeah I mean you do have a point there. Also, I’m just gonna say this now I liked Hayley’s version of Freddy. I just wish that platinum dunes didn’t write Freddy into being a word, I cannot say because chat filter will censor it.
