Mouse high polling rate Massive FPS drops

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Your fps drops if your mouse polling rate is set to 4k or above averaging for me 20-40 fps

PLATFORM: STEAM

  1. Launch Game
    2. move mouse
    3. FPS DROPS
