Keybinds on console are bugged

If you change your heal and gen keybind on console you cant pull out a springtrap hatchet or repel artists birds its been an issue since springtraps releas, does anyone else have this issue?

I've changed my keybinds and don't have this issue (just had an artist last night). What did you change you binds to?

I changed my pick up item and generator to right on the D-pad and i dont even see the prompt
