Bloodweb Not updating but still spending blood points

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Bloodweb is stuck, cannot progress past current level even after resetting game, inventory is not being updated but blood points are being spent

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Spend points in blood web, web resets exact same blood web, no amount of progress moves to the next level.

    I'm experiencing the same bug on one character. I tried to do the bloodweb four times and the issue was there every time for both event and normal lobbies.

    I'm also having this issue with my Laurie. Which sucks because I'm close so close to lvl 50!

    I just tested it on my Kate and I'm able to progress my bloodweb.

    Had this issuue as well, video is me when I encountered this bug, as well as after reloading my game. Note that my bloodpoints are still lost after the bloodweb repeats, even after reloading the game. As far as I know, this DOES still give you the items you buy in the bloodweb over and over, but if you're looking for prestige progress, the BP is wasted

    I also had this issue for Ace. Though, I was able to level up Leon right afterwards. I tried again with Ace, but I still can't progress the bloodweb with him. It seems character specific.

    EDIT: I just played a match with Ace, and now I can level up again. When I played other survivors and killers, it didn't do anything, but now it works.

    I've been spending points all morning and just realized the issue. Chucky stuck on level 49. I didn't create a separate ticket. I don't know if I need to or not.

    For me it cleared out with relaunch and if I was not wrong I got all the bloodpoints back that I used on the repeated bloodweb after the relaunch. That makes me think its just communication error between the character servers and you so it does not update the bloodweb progression. Mine was on Trickster if it matters.
