SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

When you use For the People, it should work with Made for this, that you get the Endurance effect. But since Monday it doesnt work anymore.

Due to the way these two perks interact, this is not a bug but intended by Design.

    This is intended, no?

    MFT requires the user to be Injured to activate and FTP requires the user to be healthy. Ergo, their effects can never activate at the same time.

    Only references I can find of that combo working how you state was in the PTB for the End Transmission DLC was released and even in that case it only worked when using For the People to heal someone from injured to full health not from dying to injured. Still that was patched out when the DLC was released so it never has worked like you describe in release version.

    You have most likely watched some real old video as if this worked in some release build then that was a bug as it should not work that way by perk descriptions.

    I mean, you're healing after getting the endurance. Thats intentional, MFT isn't supposed to work with FTP
