survivor "ghost" gets stuck on exit gate switch, stops game from finishing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: i was playing on eyrie of crows and, after the survivors escaped, one was stuck in a glitched state next to the exit gate that prevented me from damaging them and trapped me in the game

PLATFORM: steam, windows 10 home

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

-playing on eyrie of crows

-3 survivors escaped

-"ghost" got stuck on exit gate

-bug persisted after timer ran out

-had to leave and lose my bloodpoints

    Looks like the survivor lagged out and the game took too long to register that the player disconnected. I've had a happen a couple times. Definitely a server issue.
