You could turn Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance into a real & working anti-tunnel feature.

The rework proposal:

On every hook (up to 12 ) the Generator with the most Progression explodes and instantly regresses by 10/15/20 % of its total Progression.

If the same survivor is hooked twice in a row, the perk deactivates for the rest of the trial.

    I've considered stuff like this before myself- what I'd sooner suggest is that it deactivates when someone dies, regardless of if they were tunnelled out.

    Then it'd be a real incentive not to tunnel, because keeping survivors alive for longer gives you more access to a powerful perk.

    (Though if we're making it activate on every hook again, I think the % should be lower than 20, that'd be probably too good)

    It'd just encourage proxycamping for trades over and over again, just like release Pain Resonance.

    I included same idea in my post. I would keep it on fresh hooks to not drastically limit it. The idea was to make it more powerfull regression for weaker killers while not so powerfull for well performing killers.
