One Way To Fix Tunnelling
When a survivor is unhooked they have zero collision with the killer and that’s removed once they perform a healing action or jump on a gen. That way everyone is happy. Untouchable to the killer like they want and they can’t abuse endurance to take a protection hit to annoy the killer. Thoughts ?

being invincible is not very tense or interesting

So the idea of intangible survivors has always kind of hung around anti-tunnel discussions. It's definitely the straightforward solution. But removing tunneling completely from the game doesn't seem to be BHVR's goal, and arguably it wouldn't really be very interesting to have an invincible person in play.

I guess you can't win basically. People cry out about fixing things, this would be an easy solution. Survivors being invisible until they perform an action isn't the end of the world. It's just a baseline on a fix to the thing people complain about. doesn't have to be as straight forward as that, of course it would need tweaking for a balance. If a survivor want's to run around doing nothing then that's their problem. You could even put a timer on when it ends naturally if a survivor doesn't perform any kind of action

I made a post two days ago how you could fix the tunneling meta with benefits for the Killer and safety for the survivors.
But you could come up with the perfect solution to a problem and people would still cry not to change a thing because in 1 of a billion games something could happen what is not forseen.

Survivor being invisible until they perform some kind of action isn't the end of the world, just means they can't interact with anything. If they refuse to do such things then it will come off naturally. Seems to me that the community want's tunnelling to end but don't. I've give you a simple fix that will of course need tweaking. At this point I don't think anyone knows what they want. Seems to me people just like jumping on the bandwagon If it fits their narrative.

Everyone want's something changed that isn't problematic. If you get tunnelled 3 times out of 10 games that isn't problematic either. BHVR need to realise everyone has more fun games than bad games and that is just a fact. One simple thing proves that as a fact, nobody plays games they don't enjoy.
