Overall killer balance suggestion

I think the easiest way to balance the killers to make the weak killer stronger is base movement speed. I see no reason for Hag to be 110 and Blight to be 115.

Give the high mobility killers a slower base speed and the high mobility killers a slower base speed like Nurse has.

    nope, you think blight is high mobility, but you ignored the limitations on flexibility, so you can't understand why the spirit is 4.4 m/s.
