SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Game crashes often a few minutes into a match and sometimes when clicking to choose to play as Survivor or Killer.

PLATFORM: Xbox Series X

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Boot up Dead by Daylight and as soon as you choose to play there's a possibility of a crash. If not then, it will be a few minutes into a match. Crashes to home screen of the console.

(This issue appeared directly after the Haunted by Daylight event was removed.)

Cleared local save data, reinstalled game, reset console. Problem continues.

    i’ve noticed this on my partner’s ps5. so i checked my pc, i had to turn down the graphics from ultra to high because after some monitoring i noticed the new lobby that came with 2 v 8 pushes my gpu usage from 62% to 95%+. The old default dbd lobby on ultra i usually sit around 50% this game isn’t that demanding. The new lobby is beautiful but its clearly unoptimized.

    Watching my gpu go from 75c in lobby to 68c in an actual match is wild to me.
