Why is optimization disgusting?

Just now, game froze and kicked me out. Because i was taking screenshots repeatedly. Like a joke. Just as game was about to end. And this is just one example.

    Yeah the game could do with a lot of optimisation especially on console haha

    Last month, i finished a world famous cowboy game on ultra settings, and my pc was running very smoothly. However, when I started DBD, my pc overheated like hell and started running very aggressively. BHVR needs to fix the optimization of this game first and foremost.
