Exhaustion perks revisited?
The gap between low and high tier killers is mainly because they can create needed distance in chase to get quicker downs before survivors reach another strong area (fe. Blight, Ghould, Nurse, Billy, Krasue, Singularity…) One of most suffering things is to get rid of resources while losing gens and not getting much done. Also hardly punish hit and run orientated killers (fe. Onryo, Wraith, Legion…) So I ask if:
→ The overall exhaustion from perks is increased by 20s for every perk
- 60s for Sprint burst, Dramaturgy, Lithe, Head On etc.
- 40s for Smash Hit, Background player etc.
→ The exhaustion only recover when motionless (while doing gens, healing, cleansing etc.)
→ The speed is reduced from 150 % to 125 %
→ Duration is decreased from 3s to 2s
→ Exhaustion is no longer removed upon hooking
→ We adjust exhaustion add ons and perks
- Vigil allow you to recover from exhaustion 15 % faster (was 66 %)
- Ghost Notes allow you to recover from exhaustion 5 % faster (was 10 %)
- Syringe no longer instantly remove exhaustion but make it so it recovers in 40s, even while running
→ Dramaturgy rebalance
- increase haste duration to 2.5s
- increase exposed duration from 12s to 15s
- remove add ons when creating items

Ah yes gut exhaustion perks without doing anything to the high tiers that surely is a good choice.

The only nerf I agree with is the one of Vigil, and even then it should be 40% as it was supposed to be.

We can't be baid aiding things because of high tiers but tune high tiers a little bit down. I stated that Billy, Nurse, Ghoul, Blight and maybe Twins are the killers that need to be tweaked more in line with lower ones so the rest of roaster don't suffer from their existence. :-)

I think that exhaustion perks cause issues to none-meta killers and meta killers should be adressed rather than keep things overtuned because of those 4-5 killers.

Oh yes, another thread asking for nerfing survivors
My, considering what you ask, survivors might as well start the trial already exhausted and with one hookstate
I do know low mobility killers might suffer but why not ask for a rework or tweak instead of asking for a nerf

Nerfing high tiers is something that's questioned for a while and nothing truly happen with Nurse, Blight hanging up there for eternity. Billy got treatment after being bad for years so he doesn't need drastic changes. I would make the collisions bit better so he doesnt down you through big fat box. Ghoul is avoiding nerfs for a while now, which is something I don't understand when they nuked Krasue in few weeks to be way more balanced.
