Myers' Stalking mode could use some changes

Don't get me wrong, i love the dicothomy between stalker and pursuer, but at the moment it feels like the killer's stealth is very underwhelming, since the mode that should theoretically allow Myers to approach unseen has a speed of 4.2 meters per second, making it terrible for map traversal and ambushing players. His old tier 1 used to be 4.4 meters and it was fine, i'm not sure why it needed to go back to 4.2, either locking you out of an addon slot if you want to play stealthily, or leaving you hoping you aren't bumping on anyone to preemptively warn them if you are moving with pursuer mode.

An idea that i think could work better would be:

  • Making stalker mode 4.6 m/s
  • Making you need to stand still to stalk

That would make stalking a bit more deliberate, you needing to stand there to do it, whilst giving you the ability to position yourself more easily to properly stalk. You'd still want to use pursuer over stalker in most chase situations for it's own set of buffs, as well as no longer being able to stalk mid chase with stalker mode. This would also remove the sudden bouts of losing speed and carrying range when leaving evil incarnate mode that currently happen.
