SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Gas Heaven garage is a giant purple box during Mori.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Do a Mori near the garage on Gas Heaven and the textures do not load for that half of the main building specifically.

So it seems to do this when you are behind the garage on Gas Heaven. I did the Mori out front as well and it looks fine.
