Minimal sound, no sound of killer using power or survival using killer's items

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: some sounds were 100% disappeared, some were really low
PLATFORM: PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
previous game i abandoned as killer performing mori. Next game starts with minimal set of sounds. Killer terror radius heard like it's far away when killer is right next to me (Nemesis), no sound when using syringe. Sound came back when I opened game menu and closed back.

I also experienced this on ps5 just now. Last 3 games, Dracula, Demigorgon and Wraith intantly recovered from a pallet stun and grabbed me on a fast vault. I have video evidence

ps4でも同じ不具合が起きています。キラーや場所によっては正常な時もたまにありますが、ほとんどは音が小さいです。
