Regarding The Styptic Agent Rework
It’s objectively worse than the Bandage Add-on which is a common rarity add-on.
The live version just increases efficiency to yourself by a measly 15%.
Why not just make it 25% healing efficiency for yourself and your teammates?

I'd lean harder in the opposite direction, myself.
+75% efficiency only when healing teammates. That way it actually outperforms even double-charge setups for altruistic healing, but you don't have to worry about it getting out of control for self-heals because it doesn't affect them.
Personally I really do want to see altruistic uses of medkits made a bit more impactful in general.

They should just revert it like the anti tunnel/slug or give it a completely new effect. We don‘t need 20 have more charges addons.

I feel like the old effect was mostly fine.
It took a certain amount of intelligence to use well, like behind structures.
The only complaints were it being used in an unavoidable way (reaching a pallet) and use alongside syringes.
I think I would give it a hefty charge amount downside instead.

any healing speed increase is ######### joke of a replacement for what styptics used to be.

I don't even know why it got nerfed the way it did in the first place. You could have easily just reduced the effect down to two seconds or something like that and it would have been fine. Syringe could have had a similar nerf. This sledgehammer approach to everything is ruining the game.
