What do you think of the new 15s Haste/Endurance?
Do you think it will HELP YOU?
Do you think it is WORTHLESS?
Explain your choice.

Definitely not useless, but it won't help much against hard tunneling, something in the middle
I see only 1 problem - endgame, otherwise this is a pretty good change, the survivor will have more time to run to the pallet / window / structure6 -
Yeah in endgame more than 10 is busted but still better to have to deal with 15 seconds of endurence than 30 in endgame.

It isn't worthless but it's not the right call, either.
The extra five seconds of Haste is honestly slightly more useful for actually countering tunnelling than the Endurance, in my opinion, it lingers for longer should the killer instantly smack you and it results in a bit more distance even if they don't, so the likelihood of reaching a tile is higher.
I kinda wish they'd only extend the duration of Haste and not Endurance, then use that as a base to make it longer. Fifteen seconds of both Haste and Endurance makes bodyblocking slightly better, but ten seconds of Endurance and twenty seconds of Haste doesn't, for example.

Not useless, but I do wonder if 15 seconds will eventually make players impatient enough to go after the same survivor and waste some extra time before catching them again. It's so frustrating to face a player who has a hard focus on you, and I'm sure 15 seconds wouldn't stop them.

i still think they should add in elusive to this and keep it at 15 seconds to see how that goes. Elusive was a great idea for anti tunnel, it’s just a shame it was mixed in with all the other unliked changes with the tunneling reduction feature. now it’s probably gone. i hope they reconsider and add it back but who knows, only time will tell. plus, who doesn’t wanna see a picture of a cute little bunny when you get unhooked? i really liked the icon ngl
11 -
It's whatever. I'd rather have Elusive. I think it will help very specific end game escape scenarios.
10 -
I did like the bunny ;3
5 -
it's broken against good survivors and bad survivors will still be bad
it is more handholding and is still a guarenteed escape at endgame bit even easier now
-12 -
It's not useless but not particularly useful either. In practice it just means killers will face plant holding their swing on your back for 15 seconds rather than 10 seconds if they want to tunnel. If they don't want to tunnel then it doesn't matter one way or the other.
It might make a difference in escaping the basement - that's about it.

Basement and endgame will be stronger for survivors. Definately will be more bodyblocking after unhook. Overall more time to reach safety if needed. But yeah, I would like to see Elusive with it and something done with bodyblocking after unhook.
-6 -
It's fine, I guess?
The Haste is probably better than Endurance, neither really help with tunneling. The best strategy to counter this is still to just hit them immediately.
11 -
Yeah, endgame will be an issue.
Not for me tough. I only camp endgame hooks if I can secure a draw. If 3 survs will escape no matter what I do I'll lose anyway and I don't care if 3 or 4 escaped. A loss is a loss.-1 -
Wait.. it lasts 15 seconds in end game too?? Well that's a problem.
But if it isn't, I'd say it's a fair change, probably the best outcome without drastically change the game. It gives survivors opportunities to reach any areas and loops, which is quite huge.
But one thing for certain is it's going to make bodyblockers even more annoying, because it'll be even harder to punish those survivors.
I guess we'll see if aggressive bodyblock will become more prevalent or not... If so, well Spirit main, here I come LOL

Not enough bring back Elusive and boost the time to 20 seconds
6 -
It's more change that nobody wanted or asked for. It might be felt, but I don't think it'll make even a slight dent. The reality is that they can just as easily release Killers with powers that ignore it.

We'll soon find out its impact.
50% increased duration seems pretty impactful to me.
Time will tell!

- No because i dont often get hit 10-15s after a unhook
- Not worthless because everyone plays differently of course
2 -
I think it would have been better to keep it at 10s and add elusive for 30s. Elusive itself can't be used offensively and endurance off hook is only needed to defend against being downed immediately off hook.
Elusive also wouldn't punish killers for the unhooked survivor making a mistake trying to avoid the killer.
Obviously the extra 5 seconds helps but it's going to be used for more body blocking than figuring fighting being tunneled.
5 -
I think its unnecessary. If people want to tunnel they will tunnel but now you can INTENTIONALLY go down in deadzones and get to safe locations post unhook because that's 20 extra meters of protection you get at base.
-3 -
It's definitely useful and will help a little, but I really wish they had at least still thrown in Elusive too, even if it was only for 15 seconds.
1 -
I haven't been keeping up with things. I used wicked and Babysitter a lot and apparently both have been made bssekit in a way?
0 -
Use BT with it and its 25 seconds of both so I would expect aggressive use of it to go up.

It won't help the players that really need it. But I suppose it might buff Survivors that are already pretty good loopers a tiny bit. But not as much as you might think, since confident loopers tend to run at least one anti-tunnel perk. It suits them to be tunnelled so they can waste more of the Killer's time (plus if they're in a skilled SWF, they know their buddies will have their backs when they eventually do go down with a well timed pallet / beamer save).
Survivors that are the weak links of the group will be as easy to quickly eliminate as they are now. Counting to 15 instead of 10 is not exactly difficult.
So other than buffing already skilled Survivors, it's essentially a redundant addition to the game. I don't know why the Devs wasted so much time on any of this.
As for me personally, I've retired from Survivor outside of doing the odd tome challenge (though I might play more if someone from my chapter wishlist finally gets added to the game, at least for a little while). To tell the truth, I'd mostly walked away from the role already, but the failures of the last 2 PTBs put the final nails in the coffin. You can bet when I do play Survivor for those challenges, it will be with a full loadout of anti-tunnel perks.

It should have been 10 seconds endurance and 15 seconds of haste and elusive. Deactivate all in the endgame
-2 -
How are people finding it after a few days?
1 -
worse than i thought, but its not really the mechanics fault.
turns out not having any pallets is kind of a big deal.
5 -
It’s insanely good. 15 seconds lines up perfectly with the safe unhook time, which makes it harder to deny deliverance (you now have to hit twice rather than waiting it out). In most cases, if the killer wants to tunnel, they’re forced to hit you or let you make a resource. And the 5 extra seconds of haste doesn’t seem like a lot, but it helps you reach the right death spot.
-5 -
It's done nothing noticeable for me yet. I'm either getting hit right off hook or the killer is busy/spreading hooks, so it's irrelevant both ways. I haven't been affected as killer by it, but the matches I've had since the update haven't had any endgame camping stand-offs.

Not that much different, my surv games have been strange tho
Ive had more killers DC than usual.
As killer Ive have never been against so many cheaters before, I just doge legacy skins now due to it.

Killers are still tunneling with impunity so I'd say it ain't great.
1 -
i still think they need to add in Elusive. there was nothing problematic about that being tied to anti tunnel and actually let the survivor have a chance at escaping the unhook area without risk of being tracked.
