New Killer Idea

I have a killer idea. I'm not sure what he would look like or what weapon he would be using but his power goes a little like this:
He has a number of traps he can place on windows, generators, and pallets.
The Window trap: a set of spikes places on the window, like rusty nails or something, would trigger a bleed out timer on the survivor who jumped that window. There will be no damage taken to the survivor unless the bleed out timer goes to zero. Once the timer hits zero, the survivor effected will go down one health state. The bleed out timer will be stopped if the survivor heals a heath state. This will effect the game by making the survivors lose the killer if they abuse a jungle gym, killer shack, or really any window in general.
The Pallet trap: the pallet trap is simple. Place a trap on a pallet. If a survivor uses a trapped pallet, the pallet can be broken at 50% increased speed, and if the killer picks up a downed survivor in a trapped pallet and another survivor pallet saves the survivor on the killer shoulder, the saved survivor will have the bleed out timer from the window trap. This will effect the game by getting rid of annoying pallet loops.
The generator trap: If a survivor fails a skill check on a trapped generator, the survivor will be trapped to the generator, however it will not explode and will not notify the killer. Instead it will trigger a skill check simular to an Overcharge skill check. If the survivor successfully hits the skill check, the killer will hear a sound that someone has been trapped, but will not know which trap it is. If the survivor fails the skill check, the killer is notified the exact position of where the tapped survivor is. What makes this interesting is that survivors cannot free themselves, they must be freed from another survivor. This will effect the game by making the survivors work together.
Now for the killer's personal perks:
Hesitation: when unhooking a survivor, a skill check simular to overcharge will appear. If the skill check is successful, a regular unhook if taken place. If the skill check is unsuccessful, the unhook will take 25%/50%/100% longer. This perk can only be in effect if the survivor unhooking isn't within the killers terror radius. The killer will gain a notification when someone is unhooking when the skill check appears.
His second personal perk is one that the developers made up and is a perk that may come into the game on a later date. I don't know what it is called but each time you perform a pallet break action, you gain a stack (up to a maximum). Once you have 8/4/2 stacks, the next pallet that is dropped by a survivor that the killer is chasing is broken as soon as the survivor uses it. The tokens are consumed when the effect is taken place.
Hex: Paranoia: Survivors become paranoid and cannot work to maximum efficiency. Great skill checks are removed and when a survivor is within the killer's terror radius and performing the following actions; Repairing, Healing, Sabotaging; their camera will begin to move in a clockwise motion (very slowly) and cannot be moved by the user until they either stop doing the action, they are out of the killers terror radius, or until the Hex is broken.
Tell me what you think about this killer down below

Really good idea, what do you think about adding Slenderman?0

That would be interesting, like if the survivors look at him the screen would be all messed up and stuff. But what else would slender man do?0
