…this was an actual Developer, or just a hacker?
The Ghoul's badge and banner are supposedly Dev-only. But I don't know if they were legit.
No suspicious gameplay during the match; I didn't report cause I wasn't sure one way or another.
Does anyone recognize this potential Dev? (I wanna say GG if so, most of us were kind of goofing that round, and they let me open a holiday chest.)

Most likely a cheater. I say that because I highly doubt a dev would be on console and cheaters can give themselves whatever they want, including Legacy.

This is probably not a console, but EGS (if OP is on steam). 98% of cheaters play on EGS accounts due to the free giveaway that gave them inexhaustible supply of new accounts. So yeah, most likely a cheater.
