Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Who do you consider to be the 3 weakest killers currently?

Trapper, Skull Merchant, and honestly the third spot does kinda change based on the day.

The weakest five in my opinion are those two + Sadako, Ghostface, and Trickster. I tend to flip-flop who I put where though beyond Skull Merchant worst and Trapper second worst.

    Trapper, Hag and maybe Knight

Trapper, Skull Merchant and Nurse (because of the rubber-banding bug and the amount of 'subtle' cheaters with speedhacks)

Idk if we consider he could before spawn guard on loop instantly and get that pincer hit on survivor which was quite strong than yes, now he is mostly just harassing survivors with his guards but I would say he is worse against experienced survivors due to few things first is now if you are like 12 meters near your guard who is chasing someone that guard will dissapear 3x faster so using any guard who isnt jailer is near impossible and last thing is if survivor knows how guards work in loops (when you drop pallet they go around it or when you run to window they chase tovards it even the fact survivor didnt vault it and thats making their way longer towards that survivor) than getting hits with guards without using pincer tactic (guard is chasing survivor and you push from other direction to close him into situation where he will get hit no matter what) is nearly impossible and its just time waste for that one survivor, assasin has chance to get hit whe you use him for longer distance spawn (I think the longer the way you travel with guard orb which you spoawn them from the faster the animation guard spawns and gets into chase by some small numbers but Idk they changed him a lot since I read his stats on wiki) on survivors that are doing something and doesnt move so when they move the assasin is already in the chase so the distance between them is small but still very good looper will trick the ai and use techs to slow the assasin like I mention above.

Survivors can get rid of guard by just touching hooked survivor no need to unhook just touch them and it gets rid of the guard chasing them or the banner which now spawns quite fast so its easy to get and last they can use your presence if you as knight dont chase them to run close to you when you chase someone else and use that 3x faster depleate on guard chase to get rid of it so knight is good against casuals or survivors that dont know how to loop guards but if you meet team that knows how to counter them he becomes just like hag.

Now probably merchant because she sucks, second is trapper (only better due to traps doing something or have potencial to get fast downs) and third I would say ghostface (sadako, legion, demogorgan, trickster arent far from them).

wich is why im 100% for a full blown revert to pre rework knight. Was the pincer annoying to go against? yes. were there ways to counter it also yes. were they boring to do? triple yes

There is no need to revert it. The pincer attack still works if you move in at the right time. Yes, Knight is not A-tier, but you he is not that useless.

    Trapper, skull merchant, onryo.

Trapper is too slow to start up and can only stomp with niche scenarios dependent on basement and solo queue. He's lower than Hag because Hag requires a lot of coordination to beat, while Trapper really doesn't.

Skull merchant is basically half a killer until her rework, and even though she's gotten some buffs she's still weak.

Onryo is probably the worst stealth killer in the game right now, even worse than Ghostface. She is completely reliant on the condemn gimmick that requires a good map and survivor misplays.

First post best post. Although Sadako can contextually be worse than Trapper.

It works but only if survivor doesnt have the room to go somewhere from the killer which will make him buy the time and with 3x faster guard depleate chase time when killer is in that 12 meter range so it mostly works only in zoned location where survivor doesnt have options or if survivor is clueless because good survivor can loop both knight and his guard on the shack and get rid of the guard before he gets hit or knight catchs up (unless its jailer but he doesnt chase forever when your are as knight to close to that chased survivor and things like droping the pallet will force the guard to go around whole shack so its free preasure from it and killer can be dealt with easily as m1 on shack, thats exsample).

So knight is like hag unless survivors doesnt know how to counter his guards and how they work he can do fine but when you face team like this well it feels terrible like no set traps trapper you are just m1 with faster break through carnifex who isnt good for anything else since his rework (he was before best guard but now he is just breaking and kicking tool than chasing tool as ai guard doing work for you and jailer is best and than assasin is second best in my opinion).

She still has something going for her like mobility, some preasure through tapes and stealth that isnt top but helps her to get close, her dissapearing and glitching after demanifesting can help her get hits on mid safe loops with mindgames (simular thing but passive has spirit) and she can if she is lucky get kill without hooking and she can totaly counter bodyblocks and doge stuns so I would say she is more reliable than trapper.

Trapper, Hag and Skull Merchant. All of which are set-up/trap characters.

Can they be strong? Absolutely, but they need a lot of things to go right if they want any map prescense.

Do they have unfair ways to win? Yes, 100%. Basement-builds or unbeatable zone control can be challenging to deal with, especially for uncoordinated teams.

Im not sure i understand correctly. Do you mean that you can loop the knight on shack without dropping the pallet (and its even worse if you drop the pallet)?

Bc if you need to drop a god pallet to survive a pincer its still good for the killer.

Trapper, Hag and it's honestly a tie between Skull Merchant and Ghostface to me.

Hit the nail on the head. These killers are honestly so abysmal to play and are so fun to play against. You just get free loops all game.

That kinda depends on the killer and survivors skill but one thing is sure the 3x faster depleate of guard chase time works in survivors favor on shack almost all the time so only guard who is able to chase there is jailer and he is slow and if we consider how bad is guards pathing you can loop knight there without droping the pallet.

If you drop pallet its easy escape to other loop because guard has to go around whole shack.
