The biggest difference between killer and survivor role...
If you suck at killer, you need only resort to tunneling, camping and slugging to maintain a very high kill rate.
If you suck at survivor…you're dead almost every match and so are all your teammates, unless you get very lucky.
If you're good at killer…enjoy going on lengthy win streaks unless you purposefully throw.
If you're good at survivor, enjoy being forced to play for hatch against mediocre tunneling/camping/slugging killers that quickly remove the weak link and avoid you like cowards until the end of the match. Also enjoy having to carry nearly all of your matches unless you have one of those lucky rare games where you get queued with competent survivors that can hold chase against an m1 killer for longer than 10 sec.
This is the reality of Dead by Daylight in 2026. Yet killer mains are still playing the victim.
If you lose more than you win as a killer main, it's a skill issue, no matter what killer you choose.

So you just want to trash talk players, who refuse to tunnel and simply don't have macro level gameplay to play without it?
I would expect survivor mains to try encourage that…But I guess it's easier to go for another rage bait.

All I offer is the truth.

If you suck at survivor, use WoO and exahustion perk. Very difficult to have bad chase with those…
If you are good survivor and still can't escape. Find decent SWF, but more likely you are just not as good as you think you are.

My escape rate is above average and I consistently run killers for multiple gens a match. I've played since 2016. Everything I said still remains true about the state of the game balance.

This is only about the 35th post this person has created solely to antagonize people who play killer. They conveniently waited to do this while the mods are on holiday. Hopefully it will be dealt with soon.

If that was true, then I have no idea why you complain so much on the forum….
Above average escape, yet still playing the victim

Projecting my intentions without evidence. I set the record straight with objective facts. A spade is a spade, whether you like it or not.

Because carrying other survivors every match against low skill killers that abuse cheese tactics isn't fun and needs to be addressed.
-2 -
But you are already escaping more than average even with those "cheese tactics", which you seem to encounter a lot with how much you complain. So doesn't seem to be an issue.
BTW protip, if you have an issue with other survivors getting tunneled, use Babysitter :)

I escape more than average because my skill level far exceeds the skill level of the killers and survivors I am put with. Doesn't change the fact that the game balance is terrible and needs to be fixed instead of handholding the killer mains when they throw a tantrum on Twitter/YouTube/Reddit,etc.

Yeah, sure sure. We believe you. You are basically god in human form.
Best player to live, sadly you are so strong, it would be unfair to give killer any nerfs. We have to buff them more to balance you.

Sluzzy? Is that you?
-2 -
No but I looked up some of their posts and they actually had the nerve to tell the truth about the game's balance instead of the PC lip service that most content creators on YouTube and Twitch do to keep killer mains as paying customers.
-4 -
Being sarcastic towards an experienced player that is exposing the truth of the game's imbalance won't change the fact that this game is heavily killer-sided in a way that is unprecedented in popular PvPs. If Dead by Daylight were Rocket League, it would be like putting a Gold rank player (killer) versus a Champ rank player (survivors) and seeing balanced results.

We can only pray. My coping skills can only carry me so far...and that is not at all. :: grimace of horror ::

In another post you said Sadako is S tier. Hopefully your opinion is not getting considered by devs.

Comparing a game like RL to DBD is absolutely pointless. There are so many fundamental differences between symmetric and asymmetric games, it’s not even apples and oranges, it’s apples and bowling balls. Of course devs don’t shoot for a 60% win rate on one side of a symmetric game, that would be insane when teams are practically or actually the same on both sides. But with asymms, since there is a notable difference in team size and abilities, it’s inherently UNbalanced. How does one make it as fair as possible while recognizing that? Naturally, it would make sense that the 1 of 1 would have to be stronger than the 1 of 4, and roughly equal to the 4 of 4. Hence the term ‘power role’.
For symmetric games, there are hundreds of precedents for devs to reference and study when making their game. It’s easy to make a game balanced when teams are the same size and have the same kits. For assyms, DBD had basically no template to follow. They don’t have myriad other games to compare to, there are essentially none. You know why balancing DBD isn’t easy or straightforward? Because for the most part, no one has ever done it before!I’m not saying you shouldn’t want DBD to be the best version of itself. We all want that. But don’t fall into that trap of comparing DBD to other games that are symmetric, because almost none of the same rules apply.

If you think being a killer is that easy, wouldn't it be better to just play the game instead of coming to the forums to write about it? It seems like you're only here to stir up confrontation.
