Haddonfield name change
Can BHVR not just change the name of Haddonfield like they do with Perks when the license leaves? Or would they Also need to edit the map to remove any Halloween stuff.
Athe top of my head they could just call it Suburbia or something

The actual design of the map is probably linked in the contract, so I doubt it.

The map did get totally changed in The Realm Beyond, so I don't see why a few design changes would not allow the map to stay. Like get rid of the things that associates it with the licensed Haddonfield, and keep the map under a different name and realm.
Pretty sure it could be done in some way, shape or form

Unlikely. They don't like removing content from the game like this, so if there was a way around it, they probably would've done it.

Yeah it could be done deffinitely but from what we know devs kinda now dont want waste resources like with skullmerchant rework where they said something like "if majority will like her buffs enough then we will keep her like this and wont rework her" which means if its not paid of very smart strategy that will bring like many new people or that people that droped (stoped playing DBD) back and potencionaly increase their income (like doing some game mode that is simular to some new trend that is popular we could see it with PUBG that every other game started doing battle royal mode even csgo because it was very poppular so something like this in options of DBD).
So in short I dont think its going to happen maybe if huge majority of community wanted it and wrote it to devs than something could possibly happen but other than that nothing happens.

So many people didn’t like the og concepts cause they said it was just “dash slop” and when the devs acknowledge they don’t won’t to completely rework just yet in case no one likes it, YouTubers now claim they said there not going to rework her

Its kinda poetic they hate the current rap version but even more the second version because survivors get ptsd from it but when devs showed some rework idea it wasnt liked too so they are in loose situation (her main want the merchant how it is but stronger so second version) but i think her rework wa somewhere in palns for 2026 with trappers and trickers one so we will see.

Hell the fk no, i don't want anything close to current haddonfield to stay. If anything, if they could do some work here and there on old old layout of that suburban street hell yea. Current one looks empty goofy and boring.
