Good day, I would like to ask, more than 2 years ago I got banned, permaban,I bought a code for stranger things dlc, which was no longer available on Steam, but I didn't know it wasn't a code and it would put me in the game with a 3rd party system with the dlc.. the next update found it out, I didn't know it was taken like that and I thought I just bought a code and not a hack, but it didn't say anything about it anywhere, I couldn't just log in so I asked support, created a ticket regarding a network issue and my question was redirected as a ban appeal and therefore my ban appeal is taken as a question regarding a network issue and I don't have one anymore.. it's been a while, everyone makes mistakes and I would like to ask all of you if there is any way to get unbanned, it's been a long time, I was younger and what can we say, I was stupid. I learned more than enough from it, the game is good and I would like to play it again with friends, I used to play it from morning to morning, hundreds of hours, hours of laughter with friends and I'm sorry about what happened, is there any way to get unbanned? This is my last hope.

    A permanent ban is final and there isn't a way back. The only option to play again would be starting fresh on a new account and rebuying the game.

    I made a new Steam, bought the game again and after a few hours and days I got banned again, when I asked support why the answer was that they found a connection with the account that had the ban, so I can't play anywhere. Moreover, the ban I received was not that justified, what happened was not intentional at all, I did not know and did not expect this to happen, I would never knowingly cheat in the game, especially when I invested so much time and money into it. The ban was not given by mistake, but what happened was not intentional and I think that could also be taken into account. If it were possible, I would like to start over, but I'm afraid that won't be possible.. support hasn't told me yet if it's an IP, HW or any kind of ban, I don't want to circumvent it in any way, but I would like to know if it's worth buying the game again and starting over so I don't waste money like on the second Steam

    Ban appeals are not done on the Forums. If you have been permanently banned and contacted Player Support and your account remains permanently banned, then I am afraid there is nothing else that can be done.
