Devs when will you release killers that are fun to play against?
All your recent killers (even the reworked Shape) are incredibly boring and annoying, those are Haundy, Krasue, ST Vecna, the only fun one to play against from them is Animatronic. What's this trend of making killers so busted and annoying? It's definitely not fair. We who often like to play as survivors don't like this when will you understand this?! Let the killers try to outplay pallets on short-mid tile loops without their clutch m2, aka zoning (Knight) or hindering abilities (Clown), since there's almost no counterplay against them in such tiles unless it's a shack or a very safe tile.

Well then, you can sit and play against these clutch m2 killers, they all need to be reworked, it shouldn't be like this, where only the kiler enjoys the match, it's good that 2v8 will be released soon, and you continue to sit in your clutch m2 mode with "fair" queue times

Well I prefer a cast of different Killer.
Would be kinda boring if they all would be 115% and M1

We have ranged killers like Animatronic which I don't mind, boring those who 1 shots (cheesy like new Shape), zones and hinders you

The Animatronic is one of the worst range Killers if not the worst I am kinda unsure if he shares this place with the Unknown. But you could still say he is unfair since he can hit you over walls.

They are somewhat reactable, it's not cheesy Clowns gas or Knights guards or clutch Shapes dash that insta downs

Knight isn´t able to chase you with his guards and you get implemented counterplay by picking up the banner if you get chased only by the guard.
Clown still has to hit you with the gas.
Shape is as Bubba pretty easy to stun inside of pallets if he has a normal ping. If not Shape isn´t strong but lags are.

If killers were made to be "fun" for survivors, they would all just be exactly the same m1 killer which would be boring.

i think on some level the developer doesn't understand or think about or take into consideration survivor counter-play. it's like - the counter-play is what makes killers fun to play against. and it's why i think people hate playing against ghoul, what counter-play is there to a ranged hit-scan ability? and the worst part about playing against any killer is just the realization that the macro game (the gen rushing in particular) seems to be more important than actually engaging with the killer. when the answer is "just gen rush and get out" i think that's very telling about whether a killer is poorly designed or not.

You're reading my mind. Think about how we can stun this killer with the pallet?! For me there is an option to make it so that if he's within 10 meters of the pallet (if windows then vault speeds are much faster), when it's dropped, it explodes and stuns him, and that counts as a stun seems fair right? Also, how do we bodyblock him to protect 2nd stage teammates? He can easily hit both of them with clutch m2, I literally don't even see where the fun is his chasing and interaction.

I've been having fun as Survivor on the PTB.
His power comes back quickly, sure, but it comes with a big movement speed penalty when readied or cast, so you can mindgame it without getting zoned away from a pallet since he has to recover the cooldown.

Guys, there is a pallet stun challenges that we won't be able to complete since he hits through the walls you know that right? I don't care about Blast mine I will bring it only if I see that we are playing against him which is not possible to know if you are not a cheater. Plus you can't take protection hits for your teammates so good luck having fun with Mettle of Man or other perks like from Michonne (Teamwork: Throw Down) where you stun a killer and give a mate endurance, guys you need to think widely he essentially affecting many playstiles, perks just like Nurse!

Well i do see him being nerfed before he is released. Its what the Ptb is for its to test stuff like this. I understand the frustration but just complaining isn't gonna fix it.

I would have to agree the reworks and killers they’ve been putting out have been really boring. They did a great job with legion rework and Springtrap don’t know what’s happening.

The developers don't care about balance or healthy design; they only bend the knee to streamers with their underage viewership who put up a massive stink if they don't get a one-sided game in favor of killers. Look no further than Blight, Ghoul, or Nurse and the multiple kill streaks they carry in the thousands. Behavior can't create a title that isn't a commercial flop, so they continue to develop pay-to-win / dash slop killers while doing nothing about the massive amount of cheating in their only game. The fact that I can't even play a single multi-hour session of this game without somebody cheating in it speaks volumes to me about the care that goes into Dead by Daylight.

He's not going to have a 100% pick rate. You'll be fine. Some killers are just less likely to get stunned by pallets like Nemesis or Pyramid Head.
Besides, it's not impossible to pallet stun him. Juke an attack near a pallet and while he's walking towards you to close distance then he's vulnerable to a stun due to the cooldown.
Protection Hits are also technically possible if you block a doorway or a tight corner. Again, just because a killer is harder to take Protection Hits against doesn't mean that's an issue alone. Nobody is trying to take Protection Hits against a Leatherface and he's very well regarded as balanced.
(Also, Teamwork: Throw Down works on blinds, not just stuns, you can blind him when he's breaking a pallet or vaulting a window. You would know this if you ran the perk.)
It's just a given that some strategies and obstacles are going to be more or less effective against some killers. He's very similar to Pyramid Head in regards to his chase power, I think.

I've experienced killers killing everyone in the intro cutscene, killers multi-hitting people within lockers, killers teleporting all survivors to them to mori them regardless of hook state, killers multi-hooking the same survivor in a row within seconds. Survivors speed hacking, completing all generators at the start of the game, flying around, repairing generators inside their hitbox to prevent a hit, and being able to kill their own teammates.

Yeah same old story, they keep creating unfun, annoying killers and overbuffed one like Shape, can also add Singu to this list he is another hard to counter brute force killer

They dont play him so the fact that only guard knight can use when being very close to survivor and guard who is chasing him is jailer because guards dissapear 3x (times) faster so like assasin is chasing you 12 seconds and if knight is close to him (I think its 12 meter radius) he is chasing you for 4 seconds but people dont know it because they dont even bother to read those dam patch notes and try those changes on their own to make their own picture rather than skip to their favorite content creator and make their oppinion as their own as usual (I dont denny the content creators can have truth but they sometimes doesnt, some of them).

Lucky one i guess, there are so many cheaters that you didnt even knew about because they were subtle and that 10% speed on gens or random heal that came form no perks or item (selfcare with normal healing speed or even faster as brown medkit) are things you or even other survivors missed.
So getting one cheater that is bold is bad but true danger is how many people use the cheats to give them effects and perks that they shouldnt have thats another question no one can answer.

Pretty same the clocks wil probably stay same but the active ability that damages will get some bigger cooldown or range nerf and his mobility area attack will get 1000% nerf in area range or the cooldown increase (of getting from upside down).
He will get nerfs 100% so I will wait just like with ghoul I did making sure he wouldnt get chuckyed or skullmerchant.

Just say you're bad at looping and want to be able to win every game you play. People would appreciate the honesty more. I play 95% survivor and I love going against (almost) the whole cast of killers. The variety is great and the skills you learn from other killers helps you against most of them. I personally find killers like Bubba and Myers to be the most fun to go against. Don't lump other survivors that enjoy going against the various different killers in with you who just wants to face Trappers or Wraiths with no power every match. We are not the same.

I've had maybe 5 blatant ones, all survivors, but I think there's a lot of subtle ones that people don't always notice, especially if you're not thinking about it (which I tend not to.) I've had some killers who always seem to know where everyone is without aura perks, and I've had survivors who magically speed up mid-chase even though their exhaustion perks should still be inactive. Maybe it's cheating, maybe it isn't, but there's a lot of sus activities.

There's only so many killer archtypes that behaviour can do before we see rehashes and mixups of other kits and unfortunately trapper killers have been blacklisted so that's an entire archtype we won't be seeing for a very, very long time.
