What Franchises Would Be Dream Collabs in DBD?
In no particular order, my top choices would be:
- House Of The Dead (If we pick a map, then it's gotta be Heirophant's map with the bridge)
- Left For Dead (Witch as killer + map)
- SCP Foundation
- Terminator / The Matrix
- Bioshock (map is a must)
- Slenderman (map is a must)
- Mothman
- Gremlins
- Halo
- Coraline

For me, the dream collabs aren't super likely. I've mentioned the web novel Worm before, because its protagonist would make an incredible killer, and that has an extremely low chance if at all.
The more likely dream collab for me would be Doctor Who, it's an absolute classic of horror media and does deserve a spot. As far as I know licensing it can be weirdly difficult though, so it may not have a chance.
Much as I'd love it. Imagine how much variation you can get from survivor cosmetics and legendaries…5 -

Dead Space with Isaac as a survivor the Isamaru ship as a map and if a killer the Ubermorph that appears at the end of DS2.

I played so much House of The Dead. The Sloth from #2 still haunts me. They could do any character for a chapter - Hydra, executioner, security guard, magician, heirophant, sloth, that flying guy with Karl the armor suit. Venice inspired map would be fire!
This guy…. Has so much flair and drama.
But this guy haunts me.

Cosmetic collab with Outlast Trials. Have voicelines for the killer cosmetics because they have some great lines in that game.
Coyle for Doctor.
Franco for Deathslinger.
Kress Twins for Hillbilly.
Gooseberry, and Liliya I'm not sure which killer to give them to. Gooseberry does sing alot so maybe have her be Huntress and change lullaby to Gooseberry song but with her hand drill she could also go to Skull Merchant. Could also include expops Jaeger, Pitcher, Pusher, and Night Hunter - again not sure which killers to give them to.
Could give Legion an imposter cosmetic that makes them look like a random survivor in the trial.
Survivor cosmetics - Amelia, Noakes, Doris, and Barlow as legendaries on 4 survivors. Generic Reagent cosmetic for all survivors.

Fatel Frame or Invasion of the body snatchers would be nice. Maybe the aliens from They Live and get Roddy piper as a survivor.

i can give ya a couple of wanted collabs from me
- Diablo- i have said multiple times i have wanted Diablo in the game its my most wanted Collab and it was on the 2024 collab survey so it has a slightly higher chance of being added
- Dead Rising- my second faviorite zombie franchise running around DBD as Frank West taking pictures would be pretty fun. Hopefully it would come with the mall as a map
- The Darkness- a comic book character, The darkness had a pair of fps games released in the 2000's the second one was really brutal and having him in the game would be pretty cool
- Gears of War- while the later games devolved more into action, the first gears game had moments of horror. Just look up the Berserker and see what i'm talking about

yo thats a REALLY GOOD idea, we NEED to have sebastian and juli as double survivor, then for the kilelr options ANIMA or the GUARDIAN. it would be so cool to have survivors with guns or a killer with a gigantic size sorry bout the caps you got me very excited

The camera/flash monster thing from the DLC would be good for DBD to have a more unique killer power than can blind survivors is how I envision it but Laura or The Keeper are better known enemies

A FNAF Sequel Chapter adding either Nightmare or Baby as killer and Michael Afton as a survivor (please don't do the Mimic)
A Slender Chapter preferably based off of Marble Hornets. It's be cool to chase people through the tunnel or red tower.
Bring Jason home with an F13 Collab. I really hope this is what the anniversary chapter ends up being.
These three are probably what would get me most excited in the future.

I’d love Dino Crisis. It might be more available than Jurassic Park. It could also be its own original chapter since Dino’s are real fossils and a BHVR take at reconstructing them would be cool. I’d be down for swarm based Compsagnathus killer or Night At The Museum style fossil dinosaur (on 2nd thought a bone fossil skin for a Dino chapter as legendary skin would go hard).
