New PTB Gen Ninja Build
I have a theory that the New Teamwork perks have additive stackable percentages, so if you bring in a swf with this build:
Commodious Toolbox + add ons (your choice), and Built to Last, TW: Soft Spoken, TW: Full Circuit, Technician
…You'd be a team of "Gen Ninjas."
Not great on wide open maps wherein the killer can see you working on gens mind you, but maps with basement or upper level gens, or indoor maps would work perfectly fine. Killers tend to use their ears 50% of the time, so if they approach a gen behind a wall or on another level, and don't hear anyone working on it or that it has any progress at all, they tend to preform a "drive by".
I believe with this build on at least 2 survivors, if its all additive and not multiplicative, working on the same gen you'd get -16m gen repair noise, -50% overall gen noise, 20% faster repair when not using toolboxes, +120% faster using toolboxes, & +50% larger good skill check zones on repairs (so... not even noobs can miss one). When you get 3 with this build on a gen? The killer would never know you were working on it unless they get direct LoS because that adds -50% gen noise per survivor, -25% per 2 survivors other than yourself x3, so with 3 with these perks that equals -150% overall gen noise, and -8m Gen Repair noises (technician stacking), +30% faster gen repair speed without toolboxes, and 180% with toolboxes... you get the idea.
I want to test this theory with my friends, but its like pulling teeth to get all of us together to play anything these days, and I doubt they will if it's only to test my theory, so I figured I'd ask you guys to test it. Can anyone else who reads this post and has active gaming friends with access to the PTB please test this build in a SWF or even solo in the PTB right now, and humor me with the results of this test this build?
Do update me if you do, especially if you have a friend playing the killer, it would be great to know if they could even hear the gens being worked on. I just keep thinking that there's just no way BHVR would make survivors that broken right? Or maybe they know, and are banking on us not figuring this out so just incase we do… that's why they released The First (Vecna 2) with a visual gen progress indication perk (since they'll no longer be able to rely on sounds).

The new Teamwork-Perks are very bad. You can basically run Prove Thyself if you want the Gen speed increase, but Prove Thyself is also really bad and nobody is running it anymore after they removed the Bonus BP.
Splitting up on Gens is still the best way to do Gens, because you avoid the penalty and are more efficient. Plus the Killer cannot interrupt multiple Survivors.
If anything those Teamwork-Perks are meant to be Beginner-Perks, since they reduce noise and increase Good Skill Check-Zones, which is clearly aimed towards beginners. But they are not really useful outside of that.

There's a short that shows just 2 survivors both having the 2 new gen perks, tool boxes and some other gen speed perks.
2 survivors fully completed a gen from 0 in 28 seconds. With a full cracked out build brand new parts thrown in and the invocation perk a gen was done in 20 seconds. Really shouldn't be allowed to happened and you all wonder why killers are tunneling.

Shorts like this are just completely unrealistic and put out ideal scenarios which will never happen in an actual game. There have been combinations where 4 Survivors can repair a Gen in even less, but obviously you dont see those things in regular games.

I still think about when Lara Croft released and people were freaking out about Specialist. The idea of people seriously running technician is about as realistic as the idea of people dedicating half their builds to chest perks.

This is always the case that at least one Survivor-Perk is considered "problematic". But this time it is only people who dont really understand how doing Gens efficiently works who think that the Teamwork Perks will be of any use.
Meanwhile the new Killer comes with a Regression-Perk which will most likely be Meta. But people are out there thinking that 5% Gen Repair Increase when working with another Survivor are good.
