I'm about to beat a dead horse... New Myers
Find a new way to make him fun for the player that plays him, because this rework for the past few months have been anything BUT fun to play against. There's nothing fun about facing a killer that can and will train wreck the lobby with very little effort in nearly every game while at the same time being a stealth killer that seemingly never comes out of power (in respects to those that arent new to myers). I'm not talking about the slew of people that just picked him up and have very little experience with m1 killers in general, I'm talking about the slew of people that have had myers including myself for years and at least SOME idea of how m1 killers work. I would rather face Ghostface while never coming out of his exposed power in Hawkins or Lery's, than face a myers anywhere. Pre drop a pallet? Forget it, drop it on him? lol, the amount of times ive been struck by the hand of Deadass because i attempted to gain any kind of distance after separating a direct path needs to be studied; because why does he also have to have the very thing that people hate facing the reworked clown for? Insane speed that even the servers can hardly comprehend in combination with latency, but also be able to shred pallets. You know who does this? Blight, but what does Blight not do? One shot you from his base kit. He has several different "slightly weaker" aspects from several other killers in his basekit and at least one of his addons, its just too much. Unless you're in a SWF and I mean a well communicated-coordinated sweatfest, or a very large map, chances are, and again, the player on him isnt too new to myers or m1 killers in general, its going to be a 3k easily if not 4.
As per usual, flame away to every killer only player that's about to come in here with the "git gud" commentary, idc, these are my thoughts. I cant believe BHVR managed to cause me to hate facing a killer more than Knight and almost as much as Clown. He's boring, and not even scary, just annoying.

Mustve written this after a fresh myers loss. I enjoy playing as and against personally. Forces you to play a more in a more stealth based fashion. Every killer has a counter, find out which works for you.

New Myers really feels opressive when he reaches T3
This is kinda a good thing. But I must give OP some points here. I often notice it myself, that Myers loses his T3 after a long time just to take 5 seconds to reach it again. Atleast it feels like this from time to time.
Also dropping Pallets against him stops him only for a short amount, since he can instantly charge his M1 up again.
Maybe he could get a bit of Onis Power in there that he loses a bit of his T3 if he shredds a pallet.

<stares at a survivor for 2 seconds>
<forces survivors to pre-drop every pallet on the map for the next 60 seconds>
it's just obnoxious to play against but that's the state of the game

Believe it or not it was roughly 2 hours later after, but even then it's a culmination of how most of the games especially after this recent sale has escalated to 1 of 4 games is myers and half of the myers games plays out as mentioned; the other half being new people in learning wiffing into objects. And as for whats "working" for me, is when I get pissed enough from all the myers I keep getting and just throw the finger at exposed because im going to get 1 tapped anyway and just no mither it to force him to pick me up and get me out of the game asap or leave me at his own risk.

I agree, he should have a level of oppression, I don't want to feel like "I can escape this" from any killer I face the moment I see them; but I also shouldnt feel there's little to no value in using a resource. and with the way BHVR seem to have most vaults in the most pointless areas of locations, like right next to an extremely convenient opening, W key and hoping their eyes arent too great are the few things available against him in chase.

I understand 100% the frustration this game can cause. For me when 3 gens pop before you get a down because you try and play a chill game as bubba instead of an s tier killer, I wanna sling some thing too.

I've tried so hard to enjoy playing against new Myers but he really does just feel so uninteractive to play against. The chase's outcome is entirely in his hands.
He essentially plays like an Oni who doesn't even need to get a hit to get his power and it takes him a fraction of the time to do so, not to mention the unnecessary removal of his turn rate while dashing, it all leads to survivor skill meaning nothing in chase, even Ghoul allows for some counterplay through the mere existence of an actual cooldown after a failed dash.

he gets his power way too quickly when you consider how long it lasts, how much snowball potential it has. They made his dash way too free.

Most egregiously bad rework since Billy. On demand undetectable, laughable stalk time to acquire power, braindead no turn restriction dashslop lunge with pallet shred and no cooldown, basekit mori. Maybe we should give reworks more than 3 days for players to practice before we demand every killer needs to be a make-a-wish character.

This community is so inconsistent.
"Buff low tiers"
"Ok"
"Not like that"
Im actually playing myers now since he isnt just stalking and using outdated addons to get cheap kills

Anyone having a problem with Myers should be also directing there attention to Oni as well while in Bloodfury mode he has extreme mobility when demon dashing and when attacking in demon dash he has no turncap restrictions so he has 360 degrees available to attack which is very oppressive while Myers has 160 degree turning restriction for slaughtering strike and he has no mobility options.
Furthermore Oni has faster recovery from demon dashing a pallet and can catch up to you faster cause he has demon dash while Myers gets heavily slowed from breaking a pallet for 5 seconds.
I'm just saying if we're advocating for Myers nerfs I expect the same for Oni.

He still has turnrate restrictions it's 160 degrees unlike Oni who actually has 0 turn rate restrictions

I agree Oni should have a 90 degree cap. With how his power allows him to drift and mindgame, uncapped turn rate removes all agency for the survivor in chase.
That said, Oni does take more mechanical skill compared to current Myers just giga-lunging.
Also, on the rare occasion you manage to last long enough in chase vs an Oni that his power runs out, Oni gets a cooldown coming out of power, and then has to actually get a hit or two to recharge. Compare that to Myers having no cooldown and immediately just staring at you for 3 seconds and being back in T3.

That's usually going to be the case with a killer being exorbitantly buffed. I'm not attacking the players playing him (not that you insinuated), I'm criticizing BHVRs changes to him with the results that are happening.

Oh I'm sorry if sharing my experiences and thoughts from a killer I have both played and played against for years bothers you, perhaps I should just recreate an X.com account and complain about it there in the most irrelevant blog possible.

The Muers rework is just another case of bhvr not respecting why people played the killer.
Nerfing stalk range and giving him a dash attack are pretty much the exact opposites of his Myers played before.

I honestly welcome the 2 in comparison to myers, infact just give me clown, my number 1 opp, at least I know for a fact im going faster than a meme coin on the stock market. theres not a single killer with as many borrowed aspects from other killers as myers' basekit, not one.
-2 -
Oni has the downfall of being an absolute unit, he's loud, angry, flaming red, very easily hits invisible walls / corners if not careful with mouse movement, and above all far easier to predict with his dash than myers. the comparison in how the 2 deal with their approach are completely different, let alone how they 1 tap someone. Mind you, myres also oddly behaves like a wraith coming out of stealth with lightening speed.

I dont think oni needs nerfs because his power is strong but on other hand its the most earned power in the entire game where you need to ger hits and collect blood to even get his power and it takes long not to mention every survivor who faced him few times knows he has to denny him his power as long as he can so its just playing pure m1 killer against prethrow simulator which isnt fun or engaging (atlest for me).
When oni reaches his power he has “god mode” for short time (45seconds) and he looses 7 seconds for each down or even insta hits on survivors with endurance so he cant slug whole team.
I get his mains dislike this change with no turn rate cap and survivors ofcourse too but you have to see it this way we have some people on console and before the 180 flick was just possible on MK with high dpi (sensitivity) so very few could do it and now almost anyone can.
On the other side now with way higher turn cap its actualy not that easy because its so sensitive that even hits that were before easy to memorize are now easy to overshoot. Other thing is oni is explodive character that is very fair in gameplay and doesnt get anything for free plus he has very strictly balanced power where some mistakes can cost you lot of time keeping blood furry charged and ready so you are just m1 killer so I dont think he deserves nerfs.

Mikey is just fine the way he is. He is finally viable now while still having plenty of counterplay. You get both audio and visual warnings for his power. You pre drop pallets just like you do against multiple killers in this game.
He's a sold B tier. He's not even a contender for any changes required. Plenty of other killers out there with real issues, whether being too weak or too over tuned, that need attention. Michael isn't one of them.

Well another thing I noticed yesterday.
I think we all can agree that the most annoying part about Myers was that he could stalk someone to 99% and pop it into someone elses face.
If I recall it correctly BHVR wanted to fix this bad experience against him.
Well beat me if I am wrong but doing exactly that is still possible?
