What killer can come close to Blight or Nurse levels by using certain builds?
What perks and addon combos would make them as strong as the Nurse or Blight?

Ghoul and Billy. And they don’t even need addons to be as strong. And before Ghoul defenders start talking about nerfs, just don’t. BHVR didn’t go far enough. His low skill floor makes him an S tier killer that is extremely accessible. That to me makes him as good as Nurse and Blight.

Thing is ghoul has low skill floor but compare to nurse and blight they outmatch him with their faster chase powers because good loopers can hold off ghoul way longer than good blight or nurse, thats something that has been tested because ghoul has “free hit”, high mobility with catch up and vault but still good loopers will have easier time against him compare to blight or nurse that are good.

Ghoul, Billy and as of right now, 001 as well.
Ghoul has an extremely easy first hit, easier than Legion. That already eliminates the effectiveness of a lot of strong perks like Drama and SB. His chase afterwards isn't as strong, but it's definitely not bad. He has good map pressure, good mobility and good tunneling ability.
Billy doesn't get the first hit as easy but a good Billy is scary. You are threatened at basically every loop. He's extremely lethal and hard punishes misplays. He has insane mobility, great map pressure and is easy to force trades with.
001, First, Vecna 2 or Henry. Whatever you wanna call him. 2nd best chase in the game, behind only Nurse. He's got decent mobility and good map pressure. He's not great at camping but he is extremely effective at tunneling.

Serious question. Is there no other killer that can reach nurse/blight levels besides ghoul, hillbilly or 001?

I mean, it sort of depends on the player and what you mean by level.
If you mean average performance, than yes, you can win consistently with anyone.
If you mean potential, then no.
I would say that Vecna and Dracula also come pretty close at their absolute peak. Vecna is just pretty good at everything while not being especially great at anything. Dracula is kind of the same, but with better anti-loop.

Issue is killers without map mobility kinda lose by default compared to Nurse/Blight.
That's why only mentioned killers here so far are Ghoul, Billy, Dracula, because they have good map mobility. They can also end their chases quickly.
Main reason is hold W, if you get group of survivors who will prerun you, there is not much you can do about it. That's not the case for mentioned killers, who can quickly catch up.
Honourable mention might be Singularity, mainly if you want to hold 3-gen.4 -
Ngl, Nurse's map mobility sucks. She's just completely insane in chases, and that makes up for it. Plus, she's good at closing gaps.
But she's not much faster than standard 115%, iirc.

It baffles me people still think blinking is good mobility, nurse excels at lethality but mobility its just kinda like an ilusion, its like bubba using his chainsaw for mobility.

Prerun against her also works, but I don't think anywhere close to normal mobility killers. Thing is her route is usually shorter, when she can just go straight through any objects…
Also on multilayer maps she has best mobility in the game.

Plague with iri seal+ prayer tablet
"kaneki gets a free hit!" well allow me to introduce myself. my builds corrupt, mindbreaker, tinkerer, surge. All gens start puked. you can't finish any gen without me knowing. and when you try, you are broken and exhausted and I'm about to get my red puke. Constant 1 shots make Surge super nuts
I don't need mobility because the survivors have to interact with my trapped gens.

I mean some can deffinitely can but the skill must be very high and on top I dont think these killers get beaten by other in all specters of their powers because the combinations of things their power offers and how good can execute isnt that much like bubba with iriflesh+beast marks with solid build and very good skill can beat nurse in slugging potencial but in overall petencial he cant (like cath up,mobility, average fas tchase time and difficulty in being successful in chase etc.).

She isnt fas tbut she can cover 32 meters in few seconds and ignore objects and walls which killers like wesker cant so I dont think she has that bad of a map mobility or multiple floors are super easy for her and thats why her map dependency isnt that high as it is on more 115% speed killers, my oppinon.

Myers with a full chase build could be pretty up there in terms of lethality.
Not as fast in traversal, but makes up for it with easy downs.0 -
What do you count as chase perks? PWYF with 2-3 stacks make him quite S-tier-lethal in an area without strong pallets. But you need to earn it while Nurse just has her power, doesnt need to waste perk slots and does not care how many good pallets and windows exist.

Twins, but it depends. More on the survivor builds than the killer build. If you dont have any anti-slugging and none of her bugs hinders Twins, she is really strong.
Spirit with Mother-Daughter-Ring is also up there.
But imo noone compares to Nurse and Blight. (If you have good opponents)

No need for both nerfs just maybe 20% longer to get evil incarnate mode ready but than he has no mobility so his duration isnt that strong compare to onis 45 seconds where he can zoom around map with great mobility and even with harder time getting power and harder choiceses with his reduction on getting hits with instadown etc. he still is stronger than mayers because of that mobility.

With 2-3 stacks of PWYF even ghostface with knife sherat leg addon can be super hard to deal with in chase wehn you are marked for instadown because he is 20-25% faster than normaly (only thing that hodls this down is that ghostaface is just super limited kiler and even with this perk with max value and addon he still doesnt get all chases super fast and has still bad map mobility).
For mayers so me addon plus perks like bamboozle, brutal, fire up are moe benificial I would say but he still has bad mobility and no ability to find survivors in tier 3 (that iri adoon that gives you evil incarnate mode when you hook survivor every time it resets it but its just 40 seconds with chase build can be hard to deal with but I still dont think it will beat good blight agaisnt good survivors).

I'm leaning more towards vault/action speed from perks (superior anatomy, bam, fire up and brutal), and faster stalk + duration add-ons. You can't really make distance against that, or mindgame that well.

Yes, its also a strong perk on Plague and Legion (if everyone is injured) and other one-shot killer. Myers has the advantage to only play one-shot bc he doesnt have a stalk cooldown like Ghostface.
All those perks (Bamboozle etc.) on Myers are kinda wasted. Yes, they feel nice, but you dont need them to down people quick. Thats like using enduring on Blight bc you swing through many pallets.
The really good part of PWYF on Myers is that you can farm stacks while stalking. And if everyone preruns you to a strong place (+ no gens in the area) you catch up a lot quicker.
If you play full chase build Myers good survivor will just destroy you. Its not even A-tier.

Yh they cant make distance if you are close. But they shouldnt be able to loop you even without that.
What are you doing if its an standard open map and the survivors sees you, hears your TR if you are in T3 or you just get called out and he just runs away with 20 meters headstart?

Yeah I forget stalk stops chase but chase build on mayersas you say is extream glass cannon it can make your chases super fast in evil incarnate mode but on other hand your gens will fly and you will mostly loose if survivors play spread because you having no mobility is destructive here.

For over 95% of the players, a lot of killers are better than Nurse.
Tier lists based on the top 0.001% of players, aren’t relevant to over 95% of players. Average MMR players are likely to get better kill rates off of some other killer, and they’re also highly unlikely to be matched against a Nurse player that’s high enough MMR to be overperforming.

Learning Nurse is not that hard, c'mon now.
You can prob spend a week or two learning Nurse then with slowdowns/aura perks completely dominate the majority of casual matches.

The myth of the hard-to-learn-nurse is really never dying out. But maybe thats a good thing. Otherwise Nurse would be played a lot more.

20 meters is really not that much, and it also depends on the tile setup.
I know a lot of players also disregard the more distant TR layer (16-32 meters), so in reality, you often only have around 15 meters to catch up.0 -

Most players dont prerun anyway. But most players also give up against Myers. Its more for the rare instances when you get a good team.

Ghoul with blood favour, which is so dumb considering his short cooldowns, blight esc power and then a free injury for absolutely no reason that also enables him an extra swing.
Its so delusional to design a killer like this with zero hesitation, almost like it was designed that way intentionally to make him absurdly powerful to sell to the killer community..
But yet not nerfing him down to b tier 9 months later.
Fog-vials got killed off in 2 weeks that it isnt even in chaos shuffle as an option.
