Why don’t you randomize the killer selection and survivor items?
Most killers are S-tier, and med-kits are the most popular survivor item. Why not shuffle them as well?
Also, instead of testing 2v8, you should have tested a true Chaos Shuffle mode on the PTB, where five players are matched and no one knows who will be chosen as the killer.

Because people care about what killer they play.
I, for one, would not want to be forced to play Blight or Hillbilly.

Forcing someone to play a character they dont know how to use or dont like would instantly make every non sweaty killer just not play the game mode and save them the trouble of not playing someone like hag. If I had a chance to get Billy or plague who I hate to use because of how they work I just wouldn't play it

Most Killers are not S tier, or your definition of S tier verges on meaningless.

I think OP meant that most Killers used in Chaos Shuffle are S-Tier, especially since they also mentioned the most used Survivor Item in Chaos Shuffle.

Stealing my idea?
Most killers are S-tier, and med-kits are the most popular survivor item. Why not shuffle them as well?
Are they truly S-tier, or is is because of the over-abundance of hard-tunneling, which likely has zero counters in Chaos Shuffle?
And as for medkits, they are the most useful items, regardless of add-ons.
Toolboxes are only good if you roll charge or repair add-ons. Sabo add-ons are terrible on their own, without a full build of perks around them.
Maps needs to have certain add-ons to actually be useful.
Keys are mostly useful with chest builds
And Flashlights… well, those can be okay, but survivor items in general (aside from medkits and repair toolboxes) are really bad without builds around them.0 -
People cant behave, shuffle all killers
Let survivors just cross out what they dont want.
Thats about it.
(Because i dont think anyone wants keys and maps)

And no one wants to play hag and trapper. And some people like myself DO NOT want to play trickster/plagur/hillbilly due to how they play

then give them the option to block out a type killer, like trap killers.

Forcing to play random killers would lead to most games with the killer staying in the corner as they have no idea or patience to play most of the roster. Making one random player the killer will not even work with SWFs allowed in the queue.

I do randomize the item selection too so its more interesting for me but would be nice if you could do that in the game too.

Friday the 13th did this and it failed, both as a game and a game mode concept.
Turns out, when you have several players who all want to play killer then they didn't actually want to play out the match when they get the short straw.
The game was plagued with people quitting as soon as they found out they didn't get killer. Which would still happen if they tried this in DbD, just with people not trying and giving up on survivor instead.
