Chaos Shuffle fixed?

I can't be the only one experiencing this, but every single game of Chaos shuffle I've played, the killer has a scream perk, hex perk, and and exposed perk. In some cases a blend, but all three affects are present.
Not to mention that MMR is entirely off.

It takes your mmr to account for matchmaking but people can easily smurf or cheat their desired perks in.
You could also get unlucky, my 1st time playing chaos i always had someone having no mither.
