The meta is stale and there is a lack of killer variety
There are many perks, items, offerings and addons for survivor and killer that need changes. Players have been using the exact same loadout for over a year now.
The weaker killers also need to be buffed so we don't need to face the same 6 killers daily.

Im always confused when i hear that people face the same 6 killers daily. It would make sense, bc i agree that some killers are vastly stronger than others.
But thats not the case for me. Yes, the killer i see the most is probably Blight, but like 2 out of 10 matches.
For example my last matches were: Ghostface, Legion, Skull, Blight, Freddy, Twins, Demo, Nemesis, Kaneki, Bubba, Freddy,... (took me longer than i expected to find a duplicate in my match history)
Is it really so different for everyone?

Well I mean Survivor Meta Perks have done that with there Meta Builds.
Not every Killer can counter the Gen Rush Second Chance Meta.3 -
no the last 6 games I’ve had a repeat of the same killers nurse, blight, dracula, spirit. The games have been very dull.

Same for me. I'm not complaining though because I somewhat understand since I play both sides.

Agree. Many of the mid-to-low tier killers don’t have enough mobility of built-in slowdown to compete with decent survivors. Anyone who disagrees please feel free to show how you can do it yourself.

Its more about lethality combined with mobility. Most built-in-slowdown is nice, but weaker than perks. Pressure from fast downs combined with strong gen perks is far better slowdown.

Are you playing an older version of the game as gen perks were nerfd into oblivion and are now practically useless?
Aura builds are stronger imo.

Even the stronger killers need slowdown. Game seems to be balanced around it.

about 30% of my matches are against blight, nurse, and ghoul. that's pretty significant if 1 in 3 matches are predictably going to be 1 of those killers.

Everyone complaining about running into the same Killer constantly post your top three survivor builds. Let's see if we can identify the problem, and reason WHY you keep running into the same killer. Are you part of the HYPER META problem?

Absolutely no one would mind low tiers getting a buff if that means that they FINALLY peg down the s-tiers.
Its not fun facing the same brainless killers over and over

That's likely an indicator that you are at high mmr, which when at that sort of level you have like 5 viable killers to choose from.

anyone can find themselves in high mmr. literally just takes going on a winstreak in a handful of games

That's not quite correct. The pool for "high mmr" is larger than you think for most games, but it still uses your actual mmr to match games beyond just the tier to create a balanced match.
For example, there are "tiers" in terms of matchmaking, and generally everyone above 1700 mmr is going to be in the "high tier"
But if my mmr is say, 2500, its still going to try and match me with people who are around 2500. But, if it can't find people, it will extend its search all the way to the start of that tier at 1700 eventually. But you are still going to be playing with people who are around 2500 most of the time.

Take a look around these forums and you'll see people complain about those low and mid tier killers all the time. Its not quite that simple.

There are now probably same or maybe little less complain posts about new mayers than ghoul and even lower killers like bubba or springtrap dont get a break either and blight complaning posts are even less than the ones complaining about lower tier killers so its strange but its true more people like to go against blight than going against trickster even the fact that against blight the chances that you will die all on 2-3 gens left are way more higher.

- No guys, it's not normal to always be up against Blight and Kaneki, at least one game out of three will always be against one of these two killers (I'll be honest, Nurse is present in my MMR, but not that often). There are other strong killers like Billy, Singularity, Dracula, Oni, Spirit but they don't even come close to the usage levels of Blight and Kaneki. I'm starting to miss the days when you saw Wesker everywhere.

The problem is with "ppl play the same 6 killers daily" that most Killers feel clunky. Or for example in krasues case was made clunky because she was too strong. Popular killers are where the gameplay loop is very smooth. Thats why killers like Twins are seen once a year, strong but so clunky most ppl dont bother. Thats imo a very big issue with killer designs and how popular they would become.

same issue with Pyramid Head and Slinger. they used to be smooth and somewhat popular but then the arthritis set in
