Cooldown after upside down traversal?

Its already super slow and almost impossible to hit, why would you give it a cooldown? Killers hate cooldowns BHVR! He's already a 4.4 killer as well he just feels bad to play right out the gate. Players who give you money want you to stop nerfing one side and you guys dont listen

    Played a few matches with him and didn't even notice a difference between now and the ptb version. I really don't think it's much of a problem. The nerfs Vecna got in general are very small, which is nice, so I don't see how you conclude that BHVR is just nerfing one side again.

    Vecna still seems pretty strong if you ask me. Solid A tier would be my first prediction.
