Survivor DC at the last seconds
Like, they are the last alive, on the ground, you go for the mori, and they DC in the cinematic.
What's the point bruh

They don't DC, they abandon. So they get to keep all match progress, points and everything, but don't have to sit through the animation before going back to the lobby.

It's like 5 seconds, giving up at the last moment is like … uh okay why not

Well, if they're getting mori'd, the match is over anyway, so why not move on?

- The game is over, bloodpoints are retained, so why waste time? By the time the MORI animation finishes, you can already queue for the next game.🤣Seeing Blight's mori for the 101st time is not the best use of my time. For me, who spends a maximum of 1 hour a day playing video games, any time saved is precious. Finally everyone uses their time as they prefer, for example there are those who love to watch the fire burning or the paint on the wall drying

Not everyone likes the Mori animations. For me, I like to see them once, but then dont really care about them. But I only really abandon on the really cringe Moris like Ghouls, which are also longer to watch.
For the Killer player there is 0 difference anyway, they want to see the animation and get to see it.

Moris are fine the first few times I watch them, then i lose interest. Even with my mains, I don't even do the final mori because I'm over them. I'll just hook. Plenty of folks are the same way. It doesn't interest them, and I think that's fine.

Some just abandon out of spite, maybe took things personally during the match. Even before bots and dc penalties people used to dc right before they get moried so they just vanish from the round to deny the killer using the mori animation. In this case its just a dc without penalty or loss of points either for the same reason or just to get out of the round quicker. And if youve seen the mori 100 times you probably wouldnt care to sit through it.

I am fine with that one, it costs me nothing and saves some time.
I never understood the type where it is actually DC when you are about to hook them during the game…

the game is over, why sit and wait any longer? and more important, why do you care? it dosn't affect your game.

I'm glad we can skip the endgame mori, because the new Killer mori literally makes me cringe…

Well if that was the only way to abandon I wouldn't have a problem but for some reason if your the last survivor in general you can abandon don't have to play for hatch or doors can just just abandon and keep your points. Which shouldn't really be a thing tbh.

That's because you're the only human Survivor player left in the match (supposedly for those situations when all of your teammates DC). Idk if it's intended for when you're actually the last Survivor alive.

Well no none of my teammates DC they all got sacrificed and I could just abandon since I was the only one left if it's intended or not idk

that's what they meant when they don't know if it was intended or not, because you technically are the last human survivor by being the only survivor, so bhvr could have glossed over the fact that the same principle in being the one human among bots counts when you are the last alive in general

Either way, I wouldn't mind them keeping it that way. If the Killer closes hatch (which happens about 90% of the time), your chance of getting out through the gate are, what, 4%? Not worth playing out if the Killer gets hatch first, imo…

Seems pretty hypocritical since devs don't wanna let Killers wants to abandon at endgame but it's fine if your the last survivor alive and still have a chance for hatch and doors.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Gates are open? “The match is over anyway, so why not move on?” Lots of people here are fine if the killer has to either stare at a wall for a few minutes or go force people out while they get teabagged relentlessly, and then they downvote you if you point out the hypocrisy.
