The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Have we already forgotten about demogorgon being in the game?
Since the new stranger things chapter got released why got zero attention and zero changes. Could he get some changes BHVR? He is really outdated and needs changes. Could we probably make MOST of his addons basekit and making him overall faster since he is that simple. Plus letting him hit survivors with shred while flying from the height plus letting him "fly" that could make him more interesting to play as and interesting. (about addons, not only making them basekit and then reworking them but also the numbers in addons could have been more than the numbers that we have in addons for basekit.

Demogorgon is fine. Probably one of the better balanced killers in the game, requires skill to use and has a few different way to play. I main him and honestly I do pretty well with him, don't win every game but my winrate with him is steady.
Might've been nice for some more cosmetics though, and some for steve too would've been good

This would be a fine topic for @Skittlesthehusky to cover

I find it strange that Demo didnt get some buff/changes this update. Hopefully they are saving it for a future patch.

Strange no money flow no buffs, just missed opportunity I would say.

If I could get the Devs to forget and stop breaking my main with pointless changes and bugs, I would be so happy.

I'm inclined to agree that Demo could use a tune up. His portal placement speed, his portal movement speed, and the length of undetectable after portaling could all be buffed pretty significantly.
And more creative and useful add-ons would be appreciated. Barb's Glasses is almost a necessity, like old Rat Liver…

demo peaked with the leprose Lichen addon...only time survivors were desperate to dig tunnels like their lives depended on it. I miss the slowdown.

demogorgon definitely needs attention now, i'll agree. the versatility he offers is getting more limited due to the lack of tools available to counter perks and map sizes effectively. it wasn't nearly as bad as it was a few years ago, but now it's gotten to the point where you have to play the game with the expectation that you are going to get a poor result against a decent team unless you strictly focus on using shred, liberal usage of portals, and very tight generator control (which is even still up in the air, since he can no longer manage pressure well).
the killer cannot effectively control portions of the map, ambush, play hit-and-run, nor play as offensively or defensively like he used to. it doesn't help that his kit no longer encourages versatility in builds due to changes of the addons to more generic behaviors in an effort to "buff" him. he is now forced into this strange flowchart of threaten chase or commit chase → out position survivor → force pallet break or win 50/50 → try to play for domino effect after slug/hook and repeat. if this flowchart is disrupted, the killer's pressure is lost and very difficult to gain back if you are not prepared for it.
and even if you wanted to, say for example, herd survivors into the path of active portals with extended range to take advantage of blindness and oblivious, the size and open designs of most maps simply do not allow you to do it since survivors can easily avoid them. likewise, addons have bugs that have not been fixed in years, including red moss (which is intended to make portal emergence silent and doesn't work). portals cannot be used as tactically anymore. i will not say that they are entirely useless, but their range of what they can offer has been reduced significantly.chases, at the same time, do not feel consistent for survivors. there are claims that demogorgon chases are full of "RNG", and i can agree, but not because of the killer itself. more-so it's just that these maps make it difficult for both the survivor and killer to outplay each other in a satisfying way. if an immediate resource is not nearby, demogorgon can slaughter you, which is partly due to how shred is a multi-use tool. but part of his interaction is that threatening aspect, which is easily taken away by survivors being given poor luck or the killer being reduced to regular m1 interactions due to survivors having access to so many tools that allows them to escape or reduces the effectiveness of his chase power.
there's a lot more i can mention that's a major issue and a laundry list of changes to propose, but my major concern is BHVR making changes that completely strips the identity, fundamentals, and versatility of the killer when it's not entirely his fault. before they make changes to him, i wish BHVR would address the fact that there's too many elements in the game that can determine an outcome for the players or swing a game way out of favor rather than changing one aspect.

He was one of the options in the recent killer balance survey so they may be thinking about it

ngl dbd form post and updates on the actual game are so repetitive it hurts ngl i love the game with over 50 hours its just boring at some point and if you take a step back and realize dbd is just an extreme version of hide and seek that i get bored with so imma take a step back realize the beautiful view of different video games; so imma start playing doom slayer eternals and beat the game.

Too much content in the game for the devs to keep up with, and it only gets worse with every new chapter. Most of the older killers will probably never get touched again because BHVR simply don’t have the resources to work on them.

they've stated that there are no short term plans for him, so unless they listened to people mention Demo not even being acknowledged in the last chapter and have something cooking up, I highly doubt we'll see anything until after September at earliest.
There was also only one killer not in the survey

He was on my version. I think those surveys were semi randomised. I gave opinions on legion, demo and deathslinger.

They asked you to pick two killers you play a lot of or have some experience with, and one that you have issues with playing after some time. Those three killers are then what you gave your balancing opinions on, there was nothing randomised about it at all.
