The First - The Extreme Protections. (Hooks)
The amount of how much he can't use his power by a hook feels awful. Most killers can use their power by a hook. Even in EGC I can't defend myself against a swarm of survivors because welp…my power doesn't do anything.
I am not a fan at all of these restrictions. PH, Vecna, Houndmaster, Huntress, Trickster, Hag, Doctor, Bubba, etc so forth and so on can all use their powers at a hook.
At the very least. Let me use it at ENDGAME. Please.

It's to prevent him turning every unhook into either 4 tokens and a worldbreaker activation, or a double wound with an undergate attack, which would be wildly unbalanced.
Even with vines it would be a guarenteed 2 tokens or double wound during world breaker.
Remove that restriction and he would become a tunneling machine
Sucks that it always does that by hook Regardless of the situation. have surv players been abusing this? But i guess it would be difficult to code it to only impose that restriction on an occupied hook and during and just after unhooks. Be ideal if they did though.

It will even do this shortly after they have been unhooked too. Its very annoying. Which is my greatest issue and frustration.

Another point towards why the Hook and Gen system needs to be replaced.
A killer being blocked from using their own power to defend an objective is horrendous design.

You can spam it on the hooked survivor to counter the delay
