Is anyone enjoying the recent releases of cosmetics?

I have been enjoying the cosmetics they have been releasing recently. I like all of the new skins they have been releasing, including the outfits they had months ago of the birthday outfits for the clown, chucky, dwight and claudette. and today I got the new Taurie cain skin that has a cool reactive color to it with a gas mask. Also the nurse skin. Hollis and his team at BHVR have really been doing a good job with the costume designs in the game. I'd like to know if anyone else has been enjoying the outfits as well or maybe you disagree and don't like them? feel free to share your opinions. But anyway, I look forward to all the future outfits Hollis and his team work on and release. Great job so far with the recent outfits.

Uh… no. Honestly thought this post would be a complaint.

I don't get "eldritch nightmare" vibes from the new collection at all.

Tortured souls is also a joke. They are way too softcore.

Also a problem for like 2 years has been the characters they are choosing. Skull Merchant, Haddie, Gabriel, Jonah…. nobody is playing these characters but they are getting loads of cosmetics for some reason meanwhile their most popular survivor sable recieved one original outfit in 2025.

I liked Party Hard collection but was pretty disappointed that it didn't include Springtrap, hopefully in the future.

it's alright to agree and disagree with others we all have our own opinions but we should all respect each other no matter what our opinions are. Great seeing mixed opinions on the outfits though.

I was really looking forward to something Lovecraftian but I think those two outfits are horrendous. Tortured Souls looks like Temu Hellraiser.

I've liked a lot of the stuff from the second half of last year though. Felix's Rift and Halloween outfits (minus that yellow, puffy hair), and Clown's Halloween skin, in particular. The birthday ones were also fun, as was GFs Santa outfit.

These are the top 10 most selling outfits for survivors.

They are all survivors you would expect: very popular original females and the two most popular licensed females.

I'm convinced what they've been doing is pandering to the minority of people that complain about specific survivors not getting cosmetics. Because i think some of them lead BHVR to believe they are underplayed because they don't have a lot of them. I'm hoping that they will soon realise this is not the case and catering towards the unpopular survivors at the expense of the popular ones is just objectively not what they should be doing.

My bad. I genuinely thought he got at least a few, but you're right, he didn't.

I agree they should include all survivors but they've never really been able to do this. They are always going through periods where certain survivors are getting loads in a row, leaving others to go long periods without any. And it objectively does not make sense for the popular survivors to be in this category, ever.

    • I'm in a strange situation; on the one hand, I really appreciate the new skins, which are very original and detailed, but on the other hand, they don't fit my style, which is simpler and more "urban." So, even though I own a lot of "extravagant" skins, I always use the simpler ones, like the Iron Maiden t-shirts.

I like the cosmetics, but I hate the hair on them.

I play on low settings and new hair felt horrible for more than a year now.

Even Taurie's short hair are pixelated.

The design team has always been so good with their cosmetic ideas. Taste-wise, I'm not really into inspired fashion like the Modern Tales collection or the recent Nurse and Taurie collection. I prefer more realistic and grounded designs.
Unfortunately, I'm not really enjoying the recent content like you guys since I play with the RE characters and waiting for new additions to their collection. 🙏🏻

The new Taurie outfit is cool, but I'm not spending real money on it

I'm a bit disappointed with the recent eldritch collection for the sole fact that the outfits are really cool, but the neon purple goo that they're coated with make it so you can't mix and match with other cosmetics without looking ridiculous. On the other hand, I think the current rift is the best one we've seen in quite a while, I'll always pick realistic clothing options over super bright and flashy ones.

hopefully they come out with a Resident evil chapter this year with some new added characters like Grace Ashcroft from Resident evil requiem and some more cosmetics for the older characters. would be soo cool adding a new resident evil chapter to the game with the killer being Lady D or Jack Baker. and some added cosmetics.
