Why do survivors get on demand SB in 2v8?

I think it's stupid that survivors get on demand SB cause it's an up hill climb as is for the 2 killers. Like for example me and my friend were just in a game of 2v8 together and mid chase as I'm about to kill a survivor they have on demand SB so they just get away and in the background I hear 4 gens pop simultaneously like I feel as though Behvr only listen to their crying survivors and not us killer players whatsoever like why is legion still unable to get used in 2v8 aswell he's not good base game so let him be good at something but no sorry my bad guys survivors don't like that they get hit constantly so have to make him unavailable now. Please Behvr just listen to us killers for once and give us legion for them having insta heal medics, on-demand SB and also on-demand flash bangs too now.

    "Listen to us killer for once" … did you already forget the unreasonable outcry about anti-tunneling/slugging?

    Idk every match I've been playing on 2v8 has been The Oni, The Good Guy, Hillbilly, or Mastermind downing somebody then full sprinting to the other side of the map to catch them coming out of their cage. Then theres usually The Nemesis to put pressure on the rest of the survivors constantly that seems to be the "meta" The legion on top of that would be not only awful but almost impossible if survivors are just being hard tunneled by one killer then harassed by the other. Especially the Oni who is going to sprint then insta down, hang them, sprint to their cage and insta down whoever was trying to get them off. Im seeing that 9/10 games i play. Im pretty certain they nerfed flashlight and flashbang saves as well, because they are definitely not working at i would say a 15% success rate.
