Reportable offenses

Hello i came across an dbd player who brought the perks plot twist , un-breakable, flip flop and, power struggle. From the beginning of the match they used plot twist over and over again but never fully healing themself. They were waiting at pallets not letting anyone pick up (if you did they would plot twist again) I guess for the one off chance that the killer sees them downed so they could get a pallet stun? All match they slugged themself till they had a single second of the blood bar left. I would like to know if this falls under any reportable category. I'm so tired of players doing nothing all match because they have a
personal objective? It's harder to play with less people because they don't contribute at all to the match/ play in general.

It seems to not directly under ‘Holding the Game hostage’ as they cant do this infinitley and its also not griefing as they are not directly targeting you/someone else.

It may fall under the ‘not participating in intended gameplay’ rule still though its a grey area and probably needs to be judged on individual case. So you can record such a Match, make an in-game report and an additional Player report via their Website where you attach a link to your uploaded video evidence and.. well if they deem it rule Breaking or not we cant say.. you would get an in-game notification if any Action was taken based on your report (though it never explicitly states which of your reports actually is referenced here)
