Should all grimorie survivors get added to the game at some point?

The grimorie has been a success with the community having a say in developing an entire chapter, but with the survivors division has occured. All four survivors had a following and imo all were worthy and there were no bad picks. To satisfy everyone should the other 3 survivors get added later in original chapters? The portraits are already done and it would kinda be a waste to leave their designs in the trash just to make new ones, if they just pull a Mojang and just dump the content if its not chosen i will be a bit disappointed.

    Considering the less popular, but more ideologically approved one was appointed as the "winner", the only way they can redeem it is to make if not all survivor, then at least the two participating in the last "vote". But I doubt it will happen.

    I understand why you might see it as a waste not to use the designs, but by now there are probably over a hundred cool concepts for Killers and Survivors that have never left the drawing board. I don't see why the other 3 Survivors should be any different. I think adding the others at a later date would undermine the choice the community made and make The Grimoire feel a bit less special.

    Then again, I still have a sneaking suspicion that the young female Survivor actually won the first round of Survivor voting. But the Devs preferred somebody else to win, so they gave us another opportunity to "change our fate". What's the point of a meaningful vote if we're going to have a do over like that? I kinda lost interest in the experiment after that.

    It was a cool concept on paper, but I'd honestly rather BHVR make whatever chapter they want to make in future, instead of asking the community what we want. Because by the end of a long process like this, there will always be disappointment with more people who didn't get what they wanted than people who did.

    I can see them as legendary skins to buy. So that way the winner remains the unique one that gets cosmetics, and the others who also had many votes still get to be enjoyed. That way during the next voting process everyone doesn't feel so defeated for losing and start fighting over them like the old woman vs black haired girl war we have, and the winners get to enjoy a full character with customisations.
