Survivor Bots should be willing to trade in end game

I just had a pinhead match where two people dc right off the bat, we where still able to get gens done but I was hooked upon final gen being done and the one bot left struggled trying to go to save because killer was nearby so it would not.

My proposal would be bots should be willing to trade hooks for a survivor that is not a bot. Some Survivor players will do this just so other person will get out (I will personally do this for players that carried in chase or that I liked) but in the bots situation it is a bot and should not be scared to help a human player on the team.

I was lucky to have one human player left on team as well who was able to stealth a solo save but if someone is playing out a match where only bots are left, they are basically garnented to die if the killer proxy camps nearby in end game. that does not seem right when they played out a match with bot team mates.

The killer would still get there hook and a kill, It would just be the bot player, in my example match I use pinhead would of got more kills as I would of just left the bot because its a bot.

I don't trust bots to do it right; I'd rather they leave if the killers contesting the hook so we can deny the 4k ego boost.

i agree bots should not have self preservation, and should be overtly altruistic. Bots shouldn’t be opening the gates and instantly leaving. They also should also take their chances when 2 survivors are left. Human players who don’t dc should take precedent.

That exactly how I feel the bots seem to care to much for there own self preservation rather then human team mates, outside of scenario I mention in post I've even had a bot before stop the unhook to run away because killer was coming back even tho they could of unhooked before they even got hit.

I understand that sentiment and point of view but good luck to anyone who has a ego boost from a 4k with 2bots 😂

I am almost convinced that BHVR designed bots to be as useless as possible to infuriate the other survivors.

    Things I've encounterd:

    • Injured bots following me for two minutes and refusing to do anything else
    • I flashlight saved a bot next to the exit gate, the bot ran away from the gate to the other side of the map instead of coming to the gate
    • Bots refusing to do gens
    • Bots bringing the killer straight to a gen you're working on

Don't get me wrong, I don't think bots should be designed to play perfectly. But as it is now, they are designed to actively sabotage the game for other survivors.

The thing i noticed with bots as well is that they can basically see the killer through walls. They said about fixing it in a patch but they dont seem any different. This ties into The reason why They leave at end game. They react to the Killers Terror radius. Even in undetectable if there in the Killers Terror Radius they begin running away. If anything is in the Terror Radius the Bot sees as Unsafe. Which i mean: Hooks, Gens, Injured Survivors, Killer Items like Unknowns Hallucinations and Trappers Traps, hooked Survivors, ext:

That needs to be fixed because they cant proform pallet saves because of this issue. Yes they can pallet save now just with how they interact with the Killers Terror Radius it makes it 1 out of 1M for it to happen.
