Does the Killer you play have any effect on your map RNG?
I'm aware specific maps are boosted, but so far tonight my map rng has been atrocious. I main Singularity and have only played him tonight. I've literally played 7 games in a row and 6 of them were indoor maps.
Because indoor maps are Singu's worst map is this affecting me getting nothing but indoor maps? I'll happily get curb stomped by survivors but can I get one outdoor map please 🥹

It's very discouraging, I wanna play a few more rounds but I don't know how much more I can handle having little to no power and being a joke M1 all match.

Singularity is really strong in RPD one of the best maps for it as you can just fortify the main with pods on top and survivors are going to have hard time disabling those as you can't get them with one EMP. Just defend the middle two gens and pick the closest third gen and you are usually going to win if you don't overcommit.

It also sucks when ur a ranged based Killer That without it just makes them a M1 killer. Yes Unknown had his Hallucinations. But a Killer with good map pressure is nothing if they are just M1. Like The Onryo and Xenomorph. A little bit of springtrap as well.
I just want all maps Available in the map pool

One time like few years ago someone found out he always gets maps on which he underperform with that killer like larrys on billy etc.
Im having this till today like indoor with billy or garden of joy sith dreadge.

It does not, but there is perception bias. I also have the feeling that the first game on Billy I am doing is on an Indoor Map. But I will never remember the days where this did not happen.
Same with OP - 6 out of 7 games on Indoor Maps. But the next time OP picks up Singularity, they might get 0 Indoor Maps, but wont remember that.
So yeah, sometimes it can feel that way, but there is not really any connection that the Killer you play influences the map. You just notice it more if you end up on a Map which is bad for your Killer.
(Boosted Maps need to go tho. 100%)

Unironically RPD is the only indoor map I haven't gotten yet. It's just been Lery's, Hawkins, The Game and Midwich with one Autohaven in between them all.

Also if you get the third gen in the library you can do the same in there too.

I'm curious since I've never played him and always find him difficult to go against. Why do you think indoor maps are the worst for him? I always assumed the opposite.

Its the line of sight on the pods. You usually benefit more on maps that are open to use them effectively and it also makes it harder to disable them when you can place them higher. He is not bad in indoor maps where you have chokepoints but in The Game and Lery's there is way too many ways to move around so you can't have pods on all those places and if survivor knows where it is they can just go around. Its also easier to disable the pods as you have to place them lower as there is not that much elevation in indoor maps. Another thing is that he also relies on line of sight to use the teleport and in indoor maps its easier to get around objects and walls to prevent him from using it.
