Why can't I toggle CrossPlay? It's grayed out

  This most likely is why it's grayed out, as it cannot be toggled for some reason anywhere else but from the main menu.

  Are you on switch. If you are then thats why. They turn cross-platform off for switch until we get the update. Which probably wont be for a month

  If you're NOT on switch, back out all the way to the main menu screen, then try again.
