This game is just another Call of Duty
Behaviour Interactive is no different from Activision. They both focus solely on the casuals. They buff or add anything cheesy to make it super easy for the general populus all because of player retention and money.
You can see it in Black Ops 7. Everyone can be a camper and get a Dreadnought killstreak with ease. Anyone can play. They have given you the tools to do so. It's easy mode.
Dead by Daylight is no different. You get another buff to endurance unhook for the noobs. 15 seconds instead of 10 now. Add auras to hex totems. Another buff against 3 gen. Another bunch of perk reworks like fast track and self preservation. More pallets. Almost instantly heal back. Get another bunch of tools to fight against anything. What does the killer get? Trickster and wesker nerfs. Oh and bugfix basekits disguised as nerfs.
Endurance party ftw.

Don't forget hold W being meta with exhaustion perks. So much casual stuff it's beyond boring.

I think this game has plenty of problems but comparing BHVR to Activision Blizzard is insane.

What's so different about them when both focus on skin sales? Both focus on casuals? Both largerly ignoring feedback? Both have cheating epidemic and bugs? Other than being a shooter and a asymmetrical 'horror' game of tag, I see no difference.

Hard agree, those companies are waaay more toxic.
This game is not balanced for casuals. Usually they only rebalance perks when top streamers and comp players complain about them. If they wanted to balance more for casuals then they wouldn't have u turned on the anti slugging/tunneling measures. Casuals have a remarkably bad time because at lower mmr the game is hugely killer sided so 4/5 of the players will lose most of the time and the killers will soon ramp themselves into high mmr and get absolutely stomped by bully squads.

i haven't played cod since cold war i think? and that was because i got it for free (activision making knifing not an instakill juat made me avoid the series more) but true on the balance perspective tho
