Excited to finally see it because stacking has been insane they mostly used survivor examples because I guess thats the easiest side to stack percentages with. But I can think of a few killer instances well (perk wise) hopefully it makes things more interesting.

Sounds like haste stacking was one of the things targeted for this so yes itll help at least. And individual killers will have stronger stuff to make up for not stacking i guess lol.

Please don't go back on this Behavior. It will take some time to get things right but it's a great idea if executed well.

So everyone will just use the strongest/meta perk in each category and make builds even more predictable yay. We love every match feeling even more predictable for a game with 1 permanent mode.

i do have a question on the dimishing returns which is more on the survivor side if all 4 survivors run the same perk will it get dimishned aswell or is it tie to just the indivdual survivor ?

i have a feeling its individual but i hope team

a follow up question if it is individual for this version would you look into changing it to team in a future version?

a quick example to explain what i mean

if all 4 survivors run Botany knowledge then

    1 is at 100%

    2 50%

    3 25%

    4 12.5%

or something in that line reason why i want to see this diminishing return on team is more targetted on SWF which is one of the strongest thing in the game as we all been or seen a team of swf running the exact same perks but if we incoperate the diminishing returns on teams it will increase build diversity and weaken swf which will ease the massive pressure on killers currently

It's actually weird to consider without more data.

For instance, an example build of [Pain Resonance], [Corrupt Intervention], [Surge], and [Dead Man Switch] would in theory be entirely unaffected by diminishing returns. None of these perks will ever perk at the same time as the others, and thus diminishing returns would never trigger. Means most four-slow-down perk sets would be unaffected on killer. Unless, that is, time windows are instituted. But if time windows are instituted the diminishing returns would disproportionately hurt survivor perks which often do count on consistent repeated use.

Would also, in theory, not touch combos like [Hyper-Focus], [Stake-Out], [Prove Thyself] as the three interactions are doing different things that would be harder to target with diminishing. Healing speeds are due a slap, but I'm not sure how this would be instituted in a fashion that won't require persnickety application of 'this but not that' tags. Will hurt haste builds on killers sure, but that's about it from what I can sus out at a glance unless again windows of time are instituted in which multiple instances can be nerfed for each use.
