AFK killers
I kept falling on the very same AFK killer in the morning, several times, even if I blocked that player. And strangely again in the evening on the same day. The thing is he was still at 3 and I think quite suspicious to keep falling on the same players several times at different times of the day. I reported that player on dbd site, and complain about AFK killers in general and never got a reply. Who thinks AFK are created by the devs themselves actually, or would it be just my imagination?

I don't have much to add except blocking players only prevents communication. It does not block said person or anyone from being matched with you.

Yeah blocking does not do anything else than make it so that you don't see their communications in the pre-game chat or end-game chat. Its not the "I will not have this player in my lobbies every again" there is no such thing and if there was it would be abused by preventing the best players from getting matches easily.
The AFK killers are farming they get small amount of bloodpoints from every match if survivors let them get them. Doc is good for this as you can just make him use his power or swing his weapon and if the survivors give him hits he gets bloodpoints. Best option with AFK killers is to fix the gens and leave and not go near them to give them any points. Another option is that they are deranking but that is less likely reason.

how do you play against the same killer multiple times a day? He must’ve been sniping your queue. That’s the only answer I say makes sense.

Its possible but rare. I have had times when I got same killer several times. Still could be he is playing with cross-play off so there is not much options as it only queue's you with other cross-play off people
