Endurance body blocking

You know I've been thinking about the ghoul vault changes and I think I'd be ok with them if I could walk through survivors with endurance. After all its the same thing, its a free hit for the other survivor and is thereby unfair.

    They tried this in the "antitunnel/antislug" update that got canceled. Survivors weaponised this to better position themselves inside the killer to always recieve the hit.

    Maybe a way to discourage this would be to give the Survivor Broken for 60 seconds if Endurance is used. If the killer is going to tunnel them anyway, this won't matter, and if they're not, they have to weigh the choice of either bodyblocking the killer and being injured for a period of time or using base-kit endurance for what it was intended for: anti-tunneling.

    Deep wound should be something you want to avoid.
