Now that we have Diminishing Returns, can we please re-buff Haste perks?

Since Haste perks can't be abused with stacking anymore, can we buff them back? Unbound really should be 10% in my personal opinion

    and hope should be 7% too!

    And maybe self care could be back at 50% since the diminishing returns heavily impacts the self healing builds?

    This is the longer term plan, we'e not doing it right this minute but this is a longer term process so that we can reliably buff the perks without worrying about the interactions with other perks - so if you all remember the Hope + MFT times.
