Yeah most likely hacker but maybe if they have left they game running since before killswitch they don't lock (I remember seeing that one time when clown was killswitched years ago )

2 possible explanations, 1st this is a hacker, 2nd they are from region there legion was not disabled, or they didnt closed the game after they was Killswitched.
2nd happend to me, when in europe they was disabled and i played on legion an ENTIRE day on asia after it.1 -
That's wild…Yeah I am pretty sure he was hacking. He just knew where we were at all times even when he was not in his power.

Recently was a tough match against 16k hours dude. (His teammates 5k hours each)
Lol… didnt event noticed that he perfectly know when i coming and start pre run. (Without info)
Or i was using my power from distance where he couldnt possibly hear or see me. (Knight)

Generally you can't queue with people on a different version of the game than yourself afaik, so if that guy didn't close or update the game since before Legion was kill switched he would only be able to play against other people that also didn't close or update the game since then.
Or was Legion only kill switched after the last hotfix?
Either way I'm pretty sure I've seen characters and perks be kill switched mid gaming session so it shouldn't matter.1 -
Yes, there was a thing a year or two ago where Trickster was visually bugged and causing photo-sensitivity seizures and there were a few bad actors on the bird app celebrating that they had not shut down their game so were still playing Trickster, and I mean celebrating… These bad actors wanted to hurt people. Luckily, BHVR put out a small hotfix soon after, so they quickly ran out of victims.

that could be said for Doctor now as his static is now causing some issues. Its not being talked about enough.

can you click the legion and post his build? theyre kinda too old of a character for that to really prove anything but if they have some silly anniversary add on from years ago thats usually a very evident flag of "im a cheater and i want you to know!!!"
